attended the one stop breast clinic, and cannot praise highly enough the whole experience was comfortable and professional from start to finishing the staff at every level were kind, caring, made me feel at ease and really eased my nerves. 10/10

The care I received was wonderful. I felt fully informed and very much appreciated the time the entire team took to make me comfortable and confident in the treatment I was about to have.

Dr. Levy was very personable. He answered all my questions in a manner I could understand. He was very thorough and explained the results of my CT and MRI scans. I left the consultation feeling confident with his diagnosis, he relieved my anxiety.

I recently had Lens Replacement surgery at this hospital, which was performed by Mr Dan Nguyen and his team. My experience at the hospital was excellent from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the care and treatment I received. All staff who I had met that day were so caring, friendly and attentive, which I was really pleased with. The procedure was as explained to me beforehand at earlier consultations, and Mr Nguyen saw me before I was taken to theatre in case I had any more concerns I needed to discuss with him. He spoke to me at times during the procedure to reassure me, and explain what was happening, or what I may experience as it was happening which was comforting. Overall ,my whole experience has been excellent, and I'm so happy after only such a short time with how my eyes are now. 5 star treatment and 5 star review very much deserved. Can highly recommend. Couldn't fault any of the staff for their professionalism, friendliness and reassuring manner they showed me during my short time with them. Everyone from the receptionist to the consultant were absolutely fantastic. Only one gripe I have is the limited parking on site. We were lucky to get a space but the alternative was a pay & display at a local supermarket. I find this a bit off considering the money I was paying for the treatment!!

The whole team at HCA Wilmslow are absolutely amazing. They quality of care and attention to detail is something I’ve never seen before. Special mention to nurse Rachel who was absolutely fabulous and took such good care of me both before and after my surgery.

Really good service, clean, everyone was friendly and the procedure didn’t take as long as I expected. Everything was explained thoroughly to me. Nicole Chiang was amazing and her nurse on the day was fabulous. Thank you so much
