We done both the baby massage and baby yoga and absolutely loved them both. Kate is so friendly and put me at ease as a new mam attending groups. Would highly recommend

Kate offers such an amazing, friendly and supportive environment for mums to be and new mums. We loved the antenatal class, the baby massage and baby yoga classes. She is so approachable and knowledgeable and makes everyone feel very comfortable. She encourages questions and queries which is lovely. Lovely way to meet new mums and baby friends locally. Thank you Kate x

This group has been a life saver! I have twins and I don’t think I could have survived without PEP midwives. We did a few baby groups around the area with other companies but there are things with twins that are just impossible. We did the baby massage group, there is parking right outside, the help from Kate was just amazing. She would help with one baby whilst I dealt with the other. They loved it. Great for learning how to sooth your baby. Mine both had colic and the massage shows you how to deal with wind, calm your baby and answers any questions you might have.We also do the Wednesday walk which is a great way to meet other mums. As a community they have helped with weaning, nursery, sleep training and so much more. I can’t recommend this group enough. A huge thank you to all that you do x

My partner and I attended the PEP midwives antenatal course and it was really worth while. I was clueless and scared about what to expect once going into labour and Kate’s knowledge and attitude was really comforting. When my baby arrived I found breastfeeding incredibly difficult so booked a one-to-one session with Kate where she visited us in our home. This session turned things around for me and 16 months down the line I am still feeding my baby - I can’t thank Kate enough for this as I was close to giving up. We also attended baby massage where I learnt lovely techniques that I still use every day. Thank you Kate for everything you do, we are so lucky to have you in our community.

We have just completed Kate's antenatal course and it was brilliant. It covered everything we need to know, and Kate delivered the content in a relaxed and informative way. I'd highly recommend this course for any first time parents.

I have enjoyed all of the PEP midwives courses (antenatal, active birth, massage and yoga!) they not only provide clear and balanced information, they create a community and network of new mums at each event. Kate is fantastic at linking people together and she always has time to answer any questions, her experience as a midwife and mother is invaluable. Can’t recommend highly enough.

My partner and I have just completed Kate's antenatal course and both thought it was wonderful. Kate shared her extensive knowledge and experience in a way that made us feel not only better informed about labour, birth and the early days but also even more excited for it all than we were already! The course is relaxed, friendly and encouraging and I felt very comfortable asking questions and sharing concerns. It was also a lovely way to meet some fellow first time parents. Endless tea and biscuits went down very well too! I'm now really looking forward to joining some of PEP Midwives other courses once our baby arrives and will definitely be walking on Wednesdays with the group too. Thank you Kate!
