Heir Line produced a family tree for my husband’s family and I was so impressed by both the research and the presentation that I commissioned Michael to provide one for me.After each stage we received a summary of what he found out in his research, which was fascinating, and kept us expectant for the next instalment. I found the whole process of research, communication, instalment payments and providing extra documents most professional.Michael willingly made the changes I noted and nothing seemed too much trouble. I requested that copies be made for my siblings, which were personalised for each of them, and were charged at a modest cost for the bindings.We now have a comprehensive family genealogy to pass down to our descendants - so precious. Heir Line’s work really does leave a legacy!

Having decided I wanted to find out about my ancestors I found Heir Line Ltd on line and decided, after reading other reviews, I would ask them to do the research for me.I am so glad I did, I found them to be very thorough and they kept me informed along the way about what they had been able to find out.Also when one family line couldn't be followed they went down another line to research, which has resulted in me getting a very in depth report and a very informative one.My report came in a lovely binder with all the details indexed so it can be followed easily.I would not hesitate to reccommend them if anyone is thinking of researching their family.I feel they go above and beyond to make sure they gather as much information as they can.I'm sure all my family will enjoy looking through the report as much as I have.Julie Hall.

100% recommend. Great communication throughout the process and the report was amazing. Finding out more about my ancestors, the jobs they had, where they lived etc etc made me feel really connected to my past. Reading the biographical notes, made me feel happy, sad and proud all at the same time, and there was a few tears.
