While this place has a great selection of figures and for a good price, the service you get here is incredibly awkward. The staff barely spoke and when I went up to the till to pay it felt like neither of the staff members had any clue on what they were doing.

Cool place and some rare stuff, my lads liked the rare pokemon card packs and dragon ball z trading cards. Well worth a look if you like anime.

Had a good selection however the quality of some of the figures were pretty awful. My 'Ram' figure's hair had cracks in it and my 'Ruby' figure had paint scratched all over it. Owners weren't talkative at all, one was hiding behind the back and the other owner was standing at the till mindlessly. Only words they spoke were 'There's your figures'. Probably not going to shop there again.

I love coming here to look around. I see a lot of reviews saying that the servers aren't very talkative, but they're still super nice and friendly and are happy to help- not everyone is super outgoing ! Really good prices and layout.

Ran into this by complete accident, a lovely surprise. They have some great and diverse stock in and plenty of it. My main problem is that the atmosphere is so dense and uncomfortable, you walk in and it seems like everyone is afraid to speak. You almost feel like you shouldn’t be in there? There’s nothing wrong with being timid or not outgoing as a cashier/customer assistant, but you must appeal to the customers comfort because I was so afraid to ask to buy anything. Some music would work wonders for you, hook up a speaker and play some Anime OPs. If you’d like a lighter atmosphere, the Silent Voice soundtrack would be so calming and lowkey in there. You could make a couple of playlists for the mood you want to set. Trust me, a shop with music always lightens the air and it’s a lovely addition and gives the place personality.All round the stay was great, but atmosphere is such an important part of the shop. People need to WANT to ask you for things, some music and a ‘Hi!’ as people walk in would work WONDERS <3Would give a 3.5 stars but can’t :( I hope you take this on board, I’ve seen a few people comment on the atmosphere. I went into the shop not realising they'd close after I made my purchase (even though the doors were open) Felt a bit awkward as it was super quiet in the store, no music, no welcome or hello so i approached them to buy a figurine. I couldn't help but notice everything on the window display (even in the shop) had lost their colours due sun damage, I would have thought nerds like us would take better care of the items.Otherwise good selection, bought a figurine, scroll and poster.

Not very happy with this place. Regularly pop in to check what’s there for anything new to open.Went in for a specific product and was told it would be in later.Only to wait around 3-4 hours to then be told They’re sold on pre orders.Not to mention very awkward staff and feels like ya talking to a brick wall.Great customer service that.

Love this place always pop in when in brighton Amazing Selection of Pokémon & Yu-Gi-Oh and so much more anime related goodies!
