We had an emergency leak from the water meter. This team subcontract for ThamesWater, so I cannot comment on their fee structure. The engineer came at 10pm, fixed the leak, even though he was working in the dark, he was very professional, polite and pleasant despite the long day he had had.I'll know if the leak has been fixed fully tomorrow in the cold light of day, but feel secure that they will return to fix any issues.I would heartily recommend this service.

My boiler recently stopped working and was showing a number of error codes. I have to say that I couldn’t have asked for better service in getting it repaired. The gas engineer, Sam, worked so hard to get the problem solved, and himself and Riaz got the job done swiftly. They were both amazing at explaining each step of the process, keeping me up to date as to what they were doing and why. They explained everything in ways that were easy to understand and I could see the effort they put in, in order to get the job done right. I would 100% recommend for anyone experiencing issues, these guys were great!
