Kickboxing In Derby - Knee High Ninjas / Ladies Only Kickboxing / Adult Kickboxing

My daughter started to struggle so much when she was 11 with how society thinks girls/women should look. I've always been into fitness and I know the health benefits physical and mental of this. My daughter started with this team back in 2020. She's a completely different person. She loves her fitness more importantly she loves herself. She's gone from not wanting to look in a mirror to now showing me pics of her abs. The team there have been amazing in building her confidence, she's built friendships and she's learned skills that will last her a lifetime. I am forever grateful to Matt and the whole team.

My son attends classes every week with pleasure and excitement. He feels more confident and draws inspiration from his coaches. It's been 3 years since he started his adventure with kickboxing and I can see the positive impact of training on him. The staff has great contact with parents/sensei, they are always happy to talk about your child's progress and the student's mental/physical condition. I definitely recommend this martial arts school

Matt is an amazing coach! Our daughter started with Matt after attending a different Kickboxing club prior to Covid. Due to her age she was between the kids/adults class. Matt put her straight in with the Adults and wow she’s done so well. She’s progressed very well with grading and absolutely loves going every week! She’s made some great friends too.Warriors Martial Arts are definitely a big recommendation from us!!!!!! Thanks Matt!!

These guys are down-to-earth and honest. If you want your kids to be respectful and learn how to help and support each other as well as learn how to defend themselves, then try this kickboxing class. The guys are tough but caring and understanding of each need of the child, push you to your limits, acknowledge that not every child is the same, and adapt things if this is needed.

They are really a excellent kickboxing club my son cade first session he loved and he was well looked after and he's enjoying coming back I would recommend them to anyone

My son Aiden (9 years old) has been training with Knee High Ninjas for over 3 years now. During this time, he has developed excellent martial arts and fighting skills that have allowed him to compete in several Kickboxing and Taekwondo tournaments. Training with Matt and his coaching team has also allowed Aiden to gain self-confidence and become strong both physically and mentally. He really enjoys the training sessions as they have a great mixture of challenge, fighting skills and physical development as well as fun. His brother Alan (5 years old) also started training with Knee High Ninjas last year and is rapidly gaining confidence and leaning martial arts skills in a safe and nice environment that he really enjoys. I look forward to my boys becoming Junior Black Belts with the help and support of Matt and his coaching team. I really recommend Knee High Ninjas to all parents that want to see their kids grow in confidence, discipline and martial arts skills. I am sure that these attributes will provide them with a strong basis for them to become kind and successful adults in the future.

Our eldest has been attending knee high ninjas since early 2019 (I think) and we cannot say enough about Matt and his team of coaches. The classes are a fun excellent sport that builds self discipline and fitness through self defense practicesWould highly recommend joining!
