Structural Surveys were great to deal with. The overview of what was included was comprehensive, the booking was easy, and the report was incredibly detailed with graded recommendations. I'd highly recommend them.

I recently used this company to do a survey on a house I was purchasing. The communication was fast and the whole process from start to finish was completed in a matter of weeks. A very detailed report was written in a way that was understandable for someone who isn’t very knowledgable in regards to building etc.Highly recommend!

After the sale of my house fell through due to a RICS report carried out by a surveyor I reached out to Structural Survey UK Cardiff to step in and carry out a Full Structural Survey to my property to determine the true structural status. To my house surprise the Structural engineer found no structural issues to my house and provided a very thorough 83 page report with all the evidence which I manage to use to supersede the RICS report conducted by the surveyor and enabled me to have confidence to sell my house for more money than originally thought. Highly recommend using Jackie/Simon at Survey UK Cardiff over any RICS surveyor as this would save you time and money
