The lady who answered my first enquiry (sorry forgot your name) very polite and helpful… Shaun came out to assess an aging system and explained what options I could use. I opted for a new system which was installed very professionally by Chris who like Shaun was very polite. The system was installed very efficiently… just one problem (probably the wrong word) something did pop up on the system which I was totally unsure of however I did give them a call, Chris came straight back to me and guided me to a very quick solution…. Great piece of mind knowing these people are no only professional installers but being local are there for you 24/7… thank you

I used MSC for both CCTV and a Pyronix burglar alarm system.Chris visited my house and talked me through the various options in detail. He then followed up with a detailed and transparent quotation for all of the work.Both Chris and Shaun did a fantastic job installing both the CCTV and burglar alarm. In particular the CCTV has been installed with no visible wires! Chris then took the time to talk me through all of the functionality of both systems.It's a high quality, friendly and reliable service from the guys.Highly recommended!

I contacted the guys at MSC a few weeks ago. The lady on the phone was politeand helpful, she took all my details and said I'd get a call back.Within the hour a gentleman called Chris called back & I explained what I was after, we booked an appointment for him to price the systems.I got a reasonable quote quite quickly and asked them to proceed.The installation was quick, clean and very professional. The system they installed is top-notch and fulfilled all of our requirements.I'm so happy with it I've asked them to do our business premises. Even if you've got quotes elsewhere give these guys a chance. I really can't fault their service!
