My friend iPhone back was smashed to smithereens! Suggested this shop as I've been before and had a good experience. She took her phone and left it 4pm wed 19th phone was repaired by 2pm Fri 21st Oct. Looks good, cleaned and back in excellent condition. The phone shop staff were transparent and helpful. I visited M&M Fonez today as my phone has been making horrible noises everytime it vibrates. I tried opening it up myself to tighten the screws but had no luck. I was greeted by a friendly, professional young man who knew straight away what the issue was/what needed doing etc. He quickly opened up the phone, located the loose screws and made sure everything was in place/working. I was more than happy to pay for the amazing service as I had been trying to find somewhere to fix it for months, and all other places wanted to charge £60-80! He very kindly said it was free of charge as it only took him a few minutes and did not need anything replacing. Even after I insisted I paid even a small gratitude, he refused. I highly recommend visiting this store for any issues with your phone, the friendly staff and professional manner is very welcoming and I will definitely use their services again!

Went in to get back of iPhone repaired. Received phone back and upon inspection after taking off sellotape there was a crack in the phone already. Called the next morning and asked to for it to be re-repaired, to which via the phone they agreed. By the time I got in the crack they had left in my phone had expanded to larger crack leaving serious damage on my phone. When I returned they refused to repair it and have left me £50 short. Wouldn’t recommend.

Perhaps the best mobile repair shop in Manchester plus the collection of E cigarettes the got is awesome reasonable price didn't seen a penny extra in price of vapes and customer service is awesome

Amazing service! I went for a screen replacement and they talk you through all your options/prices and which are best. Great prices, friendly service, good quality would highly recommend.

Fantastic! I cracked my iPhone 8 during this lock down, I bought a new screen to attempt to fix it myself (no luck) and these guys were willing to do it for me and just charge the labour £25. Excellent, I was quoted £100 plus with other places even with my own screen and screws, couldn’t believe it. They picked it up at 1pm and it was back with me by 3pm. Thank you so much and stay safe :):)

Went on the recommendation of a friend who’s had a good experience here, and I also had a really good experience too. The staff did an amazing job of fixing my IPhone 7. Told by the other shops that my phone was not repairable due to water damage but they fixed it like new. Really reasonable prices too. They put the screen protector as well without any extra charge.

Amazing service, I cracked my screen and they fixed within a hour wow! Speechless
