Very friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable right away. The waiting area was clean and well-organised.The dental staff were exceptional. They were very attentive to my needs and concerns. They took the time to explain the procedures and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.

I had a really good experience with Charlotte who was attentive and could not do enough for me. She made me comfortable and checked in often to see if I was okay. Thank you Charlotte - you will definitely be seeing me again.

I broke a piece off a tooth. Kiss saw me the same day, put in a temporary filling and planned a long term solution with me. He even offered to see me again the day after Boxing Day if I was in trouble. Top class service

I was able to acquire an emergency appointment on the day of calling, and able to use the downstairs examination room which is a must for me . It was my first time meeting the new owner/ dentist . I found him to be efficient , and professional .The reception / nurses very friendly and did there best to reassure meI am a very anxious patient so it will take me a little while to feel as comfortable with him as I did John hence the 4 stars

Monica Oakley here I had reason to visit Butt Lane Dental Surgery recently as an Emergency having had a crown dislodged. I was given an appt on the same day and when I returned Kish worked hard to make sure that the crown was fitted correctly and securely. I was very happy with the treatment I received. Got the wrong day for my appointment my fault entirely. I was just there for a check up I had my teeth whitened for my birthday as a treat from my sons . Which was a £75 pound discount as a birthday promotion . Very pleased with the results. I was fitted in and didnt have to wait long which I really appreciated . Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very pleased in and out no problems at all .

Not very happy with this place since its been taken over. Felt like my appointment was rushed and it seemed to be about just getting as many appointments into one day as they could and I'm sure my check up price included a clean after when it was the previous owners but not now! (Mabe wrong) . Been going there for some time now but not sure I will be returning . The lady who was using the suction during the clean choked me about 5 times in the few minutes of being in the chair (seems to be unexperienced) .Very sad review but all true unfortunately.

Following a very nasty fall I contacted the surgery hoping for assistance with three damaged teeth.I called during lunch time and left a message for a call after 5pm. Within a few minutes of 5pm I was called and offered a cancellation place that same evening.i was duly examined by the very pleasant Kish, who then explained fully the plan to repair my chipped teeth, passed me on to reception to book in and offered an appointment only 9 days later.Very accommodating and efficient. I hope the repair follows the same quality as the service.Thank you for such swift attention and for the prompt call back too.
