My daughter recommended Alan Brodie as he had carried out their last survey.His knowledge and attention to detail was outstanding. obviously buying an old property, there are bound to be issues with it and although he uncovered some problems, he was also quick to reassure that these were expected in a property of this age and could be rectified, giving a tentative suggestion of costs, taking into account, best and worst case scenario, which was extremely helpful to me .
