What a horrible treatment from the worker i asked them to help to a sticker off after two minutes the guy left me to do it by myself and play on the phone after I finished i asked them to help me clean the bonnet as some glue left on they said we don’t have anything to clean. £30 for bad attitude and job!! OVERRATED

I was this morning ... Pay 30 pound for outside and inside ... But i am not so happy some places no even touch ...back window no washed ... Inside is well some dirty places ... They no throw enouth foam on car ... Maybe was steel sliping because i was 1 in the morning

used to be good but now just want you through quick as possible, thats a few times now its still been dirtyworse is car has now got swirl marks all over it so they’re not rinsing it properly before they start cleaning with the mitts, in 18 months its the only place its been washed so cant blame anyone else

Only asked for a deep carpet hoovering and washing, nothing else. They did an interior valeting but left the carpet muddy. When i asked about it, he was just telling me what else did they do. Learnt the lesson, paid the £45 price of it, will never go back.

My car was filthy, living in a top floor flat on a tight street makes it hard to clean and it had been left far too long. I finally decided to get it washed and headed to the good people at Bumble Bee on account of the great reviews.Upon arriving they took one look at the car and let me know it might take a bit longer than the 45 minute full valet I had booked. Luckily Portobello Beach is a wee walk away so we went for a nice walk along the seaside whilst they did their work.We came back just in time to a car I almost didn't recognise, they did an absolutely fantastic job inside and out.I would certainly recommend these guys, excellent service for a great price.

Frequently pop in here to get the car washed/chamoised...they do the car wash faster than an automated one! This weekend, had a full valet - £30. Amazing value and the car was spotless. All the guys are super friendly and hard-working. Been to many valeting services and this is hands-down, the best. It's also handy for Porty beach, plenty of cafes and a lovely walk

Normally my go -to but finally I am a very disappointed customer . I was keeping all my thoughts about this business to myself for the last 3 years closing my eyes to the poor standard of the cleaning. Enough is enough now though……my last visit was yesterday and to say I’m disappointed with the standard of cleaning is an understatement. The entire car is covered in spots that were missed. They don’t listen when you ask them to do things they just nod and fire you through as quickly as possible! This place used to be good but standards have definitely slipped. I won’t be going back despite the convenient location…..poor poor poor!

Today was my first visit, my car was an absolute mess before coming here. I was greeted by a smiley, friendly and helpful team. I chose the full valet for £25 which is excellent value for the service I recieved and the results are phenomenal. My car looks brand new. I am beyond impressed. Congratulations on your fantastic team and their hard graft, they are a great bunch of lads and I will continue to return and recommend you guys. Huge thanks and pat on the back for what you and your team are doing. Your staff are Great and I support and stand behind being a national living wage employer and standing against modern slavery in the workplace!!! Bravo
