Phoebe Bolton is a super star! A consumate professional who is clearly very adept at managing clients, she managed a very difficult transaction for us where both homeowners had suffered a break down in relationship and communication but Phoebe stayed the course and did an outstanding job. The process was no doubt extremely frustrating (a few tears were shed!) but you couldn't tell by talking to Phoebe who was always available to negotiate, placate, intercede etc etc. She went above and beyond the scope of her role to ensure her clients received the best outcomes and really did an excellent job. My experience working with Phoebe was like dealing with a compassionate friend who was keen to achieve your best interests.Buying and/or selling property may seem a straightforward process but with so many unknowns such as sellers/buyers pulling out at the last minute, delays due to extenuating factors etc etc., the right agent will make all the difference!
