Great service from Highland Electrical - diagnosed and fixed an earthing fault quickly and replaced all the lights back to full working order. Excellent professional job and great value.

Dave did an amazing job replacing our shower, despite plumbing challenges beyond his control which he sorted out efficiently and with good humour. If I need any further electrical work I will be coming back to these guys.

Got a flyer in the post - and kept just in case. Literally the next day, half the lights and sockets stopped working. Nothing had tripped in the fusebox - so called the number as couldn't work out what it was. Luke arrived the next day and within 5 mins had worked out the problem (loose connection inside the fusebox) and fixed it. I also liked the app which notified me that he was on his way 15 mins before his arrival! Great service - would recommend.

I asked him to call to check out a socket in our airing cupboard and quote for installing a couple of power points in the understairs cupboard and a pair of wall mounted bedside lights. The socket in the airing cupboard now turns on the upstairs heating but not the heater in the airing cupboard. He refused to come back and sort it out under his guarantee.His quote for the new work:- rcd & socket - £330- rcd & bedroom lighting job - £458A whopping £788!!I thought this quote was way over the top and obtained three alternative quotes for the work.Cheapest was £150 (ball park figure without any further info given)Next quote following a site visit £300Dearest quote following photographs being sent £350 +vat.I would not use this company again. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent communication. Everyone I dealt was really polite. Luke was really polite and neat. He spoke me through what he was going to do before. He tried my cooker to make sure it was working. I would highly recommend this firm.
