I went to the store around 3 weeks ago.I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. I'm still thinking how lovely and polite the staff was. Mo you where very kind- thank you !! Shame your not always in that store.

Rude floor staff with no real customer facing customer service skills. Every time I come here I wonder how some of these people are employed in their roles waste of salary as they seem to do nothing and are never very helpful. They speak to you condescendingly and have limited knowledge of the products they are selling.

As soon as I walk into the store the staff are watching me as I walk and shop. Very awkward. Poor customer service. Very uncomfortable experience. Never stepping foot in the store again. Do better.

Excellent and spacious store in Slough. Had number of collections for women's makeup essentials. The pharmacy is quite big as well.
