Flat Harry's Cyclery of Cookham

What a brilliant cycle shop. My bike is good as new after its TLC service and the staff are all friendly and very passionate about cycling, making dealing with them an absolute pleasure. They even kept and showed me the old parts they had replaced when I picked up the bike, to explain why they needed replacing, and helped me fix a couple of long-term niggles for free. Great coffee and cakes too at the attached cafe, Will definitely be back.

Best bike shop on the planet bar none. Best bike mechanics working in an amazing workshop. There are also plenty of brilliant bikes and clothing to buy and an amazing restaurant too. Unmissable!

Flat Harry's is easily the best bike shop in this area.They have an outstanding range of bikes, accessories and parts, an excellent workshop with great mechanics, and an owner and management team with a really deep knowledge of cycling and bikes. Cris's bike fit is superb value for money.Plus, they have a great cafe, run by Michele! Primo espresso :-)

Fantastic independent bike shop. Had been let down by a few big brands when looking for a new part. However, it was no problem for Flat Harry's who sorted everything out for me, and even fitted the parts mid club ride for me.Cafe is fantastic and booked in for a Bike Fit later in the year. Would heavily recommend.

An absolute jewel in the Crown cycle shop!What a great cycle shop all staff are brilliant, Paul is a great guy and always willing to help! Chris is on another level when it comes to his knowledge of bikes.You can feel his passion and there isn't anything this man doesn't know about bikes and what a great guy too!I've been taking my bikes here now for about 2 years and they never fail to please! Just collected my colnago after having a new zipp stem fitted that was recommended by Chris and i am absolutely over the moon with it!The aero fly handlebar was finished off properly and how it should have been done in the first place by tidying up the cables and fitting inserts to hide the cabling. It was a fiddly job but done to perfection( A very well known cycle shop in Kingston not mentioning any names who originally built the bike couldn't be bothered to take the time to do this !!)This shop definitely puts them to shame and says a lot about how passionate they are about making sure their customers are always happy!I can highly recommend Chris and this shop, you will not be disappointed with the service or the staff here!Thanks for the service Guys I'll see you soon.

Despite being very busy, Megan made time to have a quick check of my bike. It was a quick 5 min. fix (due to my rubbish mechanical skills) and she refused to charge me (probably out of pity :-)). Also sorted another couple of minor issues at the same time. Excellent service, I'll be back there soon as a bona fide paying customer. Thanks Megan.

Came across Flat Harrys by chance on google maps. Had a fitting with Cris which was an experience to behold. Awesome. Cris's knowledge and time he took to fit me was outstanding. On top of that. The service I continue to receive post fit" from Meg has been exemplary. Overall this was and continue to be an "experience". The coffee is good too :)"

A great setup and genuinely friendly staff, however i can only describe their servicing as shocking. I put in for a ‘TLC’ service and a few other things, and clearly nothing was checked - chain was completely worn but not checked; brake pads and rotors worn but not notified; various screws completely butchered which have since required drilling out; gears not properly indexed. For such a nice place I’m shocked by the service and will not be using them again.
