I ordered with these tonight they took 2 hrs and they then rang me and said the driver was lost, but he would be on his way. 20minutes later they cancelled my order. Then stayed too far to deliver. Even though its an 8min drive, Absolutely shocking service!! Never again

Nope not for me !! this place overpriced, definitely not be going to this franchise again , staff very helpful and polite food came quickly but prices way to expensive for what you get cake lemon meringue £3.99 lemon cheesecake £4.99 and it was frozen in the middle, well I’ve tried it , I’ll go Greggs or Costa coffee next time

Absolutely shocking would be a massive understatement. Ordered over 2 hours ago and still waiting. Have called multiple times, been swore at, lied to, fobbed off and told no refund because ‘it’s out with our driver and been despatched’. They couldn’t even tell me where the order was coming from or what time it went out. Avoid like the plague and save your money.

A 10 mile journey took 3 hours and this was the state of the cake. I several times but went to answer phone, eventually got through to be told at 2 hours that it was on its way, it turned up an hour later.

Food arrived 45 mins late, order placed at 10pm!!! Rang up at 11.30 to see where order was and staff who answered phone very rude and told me it was out on delievery. Food arrived 20 mins later. Have order these items before so know what they should look like. Vegan lotus bar, gluten free brownies, I recieved 2 cake slices so no way they are correct. Tried to ring them to get it sorted but not answering the phone

AVOID! Delivery said 6pm latest, arrived 8.05pm and hotdog was stone cold and ice cream had fully melted. They said on Just Eat it had been delivered at 6.20pm which was a total lie. Price is crazy for the poor service and terrible food. I would have liked to have put 0 stars. Will never order from there again. Trying to get my money back from Just Eat as had to bin the lot but they are being difficult as it arrived - cannot believe that, how is food delivered 2 hours late going to be edible?

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Spoke to them twice that order was late. Staff was rude and put the phone down on me. Then think they blocked my number. Order was over £50 that we never revived. Absolutely ridiculous service. I’m surprised they still have a business. Complete joke! Stay clear from this place.

Absolutely sh1t service 3hours after ordering items came damaged and then they sent wrong bodged up items vegan Jaffa cake cake was 2jaffa cakes put on some chocolate cake as seen in the pictures also ordered a frozen slushy which turned out to be cordial in the end #ubereats sort it out

ZERO STARS! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE, DO NOT ORDER! Food arrived over 1 hour late. Rang 4 times, spoke to a girl who didn’t show any regard or take any ownership. 1st call.. food is round the corner, 2nd call.. driver has turned his tracker off, 3rd call.. I’ll contact the driver and call you back.. (no call back), 4th call.. I’ll call you back (of course no call back)! Ice cream chocolate brownie sundae arrived as cream chocolate brownie sundae, as it was totally melted and the brownie was soggy. The taste was awful and it went straight in the bin. When we asked the driver when he collected he said 30 mins ago (although 15 min drive), so she was fobbing us off for an hour! This place is not cheap, £20 for 2 sundaes. They urgently require a customer service adviser that cares and helps and better quality food, and of course fast delivery (especially when it’s ice cream)! Extremely disappointed, ruined I’m a celebrity get me out of here!
