I had my crotchet done at this salon and I loved my hair! From the hair wash to the weaving, and then fixing of the crotchet , everything was nicely and neatly done. She also paid attention to my comfort all the while doing it and made sure to attend to any concerns I had regarding the hair. Also, I appreciate the ease of booking appointments and timeliness in communication with regards to change of appointment . Overall it’s a great experience visiting this salon. Beautiful braids every time! A lovely person, gives great advice about my hair and really cares about the quality of her work.

I went to get my hair relaxed.I was not sure what to expect many of the Afro salons I have visited are not great.My experience at Rhoda HQ was FANTASTIC. Rhoda knew exactly what she was doing with the relaxer.The Salon was spotless.Rhoda was extremely professional which left me feeling great.I will definitely be back.

I had my hair braided by Rhoda for the first time and she done an exceptional job! She customised the hair colour exactly as I had requested and gave me the most beautiful box braids. Not only was she extremely welcoming and great company for the duration, she is clearly an expert - at no point in the process was I uncomfortable. And with her two assistants helping too, I felt like a Queen! The aftercare instructions have been great, 4 weeks on and my braids are still looking wonderful. Will definitely be returning to Rhoda again in the near future.

Rhoda was very kind, Kept asking questions to gauge my level of comfort and adjusted accordingly. It was important to me to find someone who cares about healthy hair and not merely another braid or wig stylist and I am so happy that I chose this salon. Will def return!

Rhoda is simply the best! From all the hairdressers in Edinburgh, I chose her to do my braids not just cause she is super nice and care about the customer, but also for her amazing work. She is very professional and she did an incredible artwork with my hair for my sister's wedding. I will definitely go back to her anytime I want to do any hairstyle. Rhoda HQ offers a Stella hairdo and has good service. When I visited Rhoda HQ, the hairdresser was super early, gave me a comfy place to sit and provided me with some nice drink of water.Throughout the plaiting, there was someone to chat to (the hairdresser has an awesome sense of humour) and the hairdresser consistently asked if I was comfortable or needed a break.After the hairdresser was done plaiting, she gave me details on taking care of my braids. I can definitely say following these instructions gave me long lasting braids.I’lll definitely be returning for my next hairdo. So, hopefully we’ll bump into each other.Happy braids and other hairstyles!!!

Rhoda is the best of the hairdressers I had visited around Edinburgh. I am always impressed with the neatness of her work and her professional approach to making the client feel respected and comfortable. Her salon is always tidy and has a premium atmosphere. Great service especially for braids/extensions!
