I write this as a male against shopping, dragged against his wishes, by his loving Significant Other.This place is great.This is why;2 entrances, you can sneak out into the lanes or back out onto the high street.It has a 2nd floor with a large shoe area where you can drop her off long enough to get a pint.Its laid out in an organized fashion so when she says I'm by such and such, you know where it is... and where to hide.All in all, not a bad place to be dragged.

Bought top in sale, looked awful on me. Returned and was given credit note which was made clear to me in original sale. Both assistants, at point of sale and return were very friendly and helpful.

Nice and brought in here. Just feels a bit higgly-piggly. There is a till up stairs which is good as its usually quiet. Check out the kids shoes as they go up to a size seven and are often the same design as the adults but cheaper.

I love new look you can get nice clothes, shoes, holiday wear, underwear, jewellery, bags, belts, hats, dresses and just lots of different items. There's always a sale rack too with various good items. Changing rooms are great and bright. Staff always seem friendly. Theres also kids wear upstairs and plus size clothing. There's a huge lift if you have a pram or wheelchair.

Not great for men's clothes. Don't know anything about women's fashion, so can't comment. Men just use Primark and save a few bob

Clearly don't care about their male clientele, what's left of the men's selection has been shoved back in to a far off corner upstairs while the women's selection continues to grow in size making up over 80% of the store now.On top of this the male changing rooms are still downstairs and LOCKED. This stores always had an issue with lazy staff that can be near immpoimpos to find whether you need them or not. It's a disgrace, never coming back
