I have worked with Geoff and Mark at Independent Equipment for over 10 years and they have always provided the most amazing service and attention whenever we needed it. Nothing is too much trouble for them and every time they go above and beyond for us, always at the end of the phone in a crisis or providing on-line help directly to our stores if necessary. Stockport Museums (Stockport Council) has been working with Geoff and the team at the Independent Equipment Company since 2013 when we rolled out a new EPOS system across 5 museums in Stockport. Geoff was on hand to provide advice and support every step of the way and the after sale support we have received through the support contract has been fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending Independent Equipment if you are looking to upgrade your EPOS system.
