Very helpful practice. Dr Henderson is always helpful and friendly. Dr jackson is a bit of a weird character, pretentious and speaks to you like you're dumb. Nurses are excellent and reception always helpful.

always very helpful. can be a tad relaxed" when it comes to repeat prescriptions but i've always felt well treated during visits. getting appointments never an issue.EDIT: an updated review after recent experiences. i have been the recipient of a repeat prescription for some time and "usually"

I am fairly new to this practice and I have always found staff to be extremely caring, diligent and professional. The care I have received has been second to none, from doctors to nurses to reception staff. Everyone is so kind and its a pleasure to know these wonderful people are there when I need them.

Lots of great staff here. Very strict on mask wearing, which may be comforting to some. They don't acknowledge or work with the ScotGov mask exemption policy - it doesn't matter if you have a ScotGov mask exempt card, letter from your consultant - anything - you are told you must wear a face covering, so if you suffer from some disabilities you may not be able to access in person medical treatment here which can be awkward.

I can’t praise this surgery enough! I was worried about joining such a small practice, but the reception staff are very helpful and kind and I can always get an appointment. Dr Taylor is a wonderful GP and has been a great support to me in navigating the menopause.

I have been a patient here for many years and generally was happy with it, until the last year or so sadly. Staff have changed and new faces mean lack of continuity, which is not ideal when discussing sensitive matters/mental health. This is quite a big deal especially in COVID times. I had absolutely wonderful care and so well looked after by both Dr Jennings and Dr Mohammed but they are no longer there I'm told! The Reception and Nursing staff are friendly and accommodating. I have made the decision to change to another local Practice for my medical care now.

I have been a patient at the surgery for 30 plus years and always found Dr Jackson to be a difficult person. Other doctors who have worked at the surgery have been fine and I have managed to mostly avoid seeing Dr Jackson himself. Unfortunately yesterday I had a very disturbing experience with this person and have therefore now left and registered with a different practice.

I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years, I can’t recommend them enough. Dr Paul is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I have been waiting on some results from the hospital for a number of months and after being fobbed off by the hospital several times I called the doctors today to try and get some help. I spoke with Karen the practice manager and she couldnt have been more helpful and she managed to do in half a day what I couldnt in 16 weeks. I cant thank her enough and I am truly grateful

Really nice doctors and nurses that really put you at ease. Reception staff are also pretty friendly.Only real negative is that you always have to wait forever to be seen. More often than not not it's about 30-40 minutes after your scheduled appointment that you actually get to see the doctor. Likely the fault of other patients, but still a bit annoying if you arrive any more than 5 minutes early.

I've been a patient of this practice for more than 25 years. The reception staff are excellent, warm and welcoming. Similarly the nursing staff, who I see every 3 months for a blood test. Over the years I've seen most of the doctors in the practice and cannot fault any of them, they are all extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I cannot fault the practice in any way.
