BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! I bought an Audi A5 off these guys a few weeks ago and I’m so glad I went with this dealer. I have never met more honest car dealers than Dean and Adam. Start to finish the process was smooth and trouble free. I called in advance and got a quote to part exchange my old car, and then drove up from Birmingham the next day. I was given plenty of time to test drive and inspect the new car and was not rushed at all! It was in fantastic condition for its age and had clearly been well looked after.I was happy to take the car, and I showed Adam quickly around my old car. I was helpfully told I’d be refunded any unused tax that I’d paid on my old car, then tax on the Audi and 5 day driveway insurance was sorted within minutes, the warranty was explained to me, and I was given the service history and documentation and off I went! I was so chuffed as I knew I had paid a great price and landed an amazing car in great condition.I later noticed a small creaking noise coming from the driver side when driving over bad terrain. I reached out to them and this is where things could have easily taken another turn had this been your average dealer. D A were instantly happy to help me get it resolved under warranty and make sure I was 100% satisfied and that the noise was fixed. They agreed to take the car back under warranty to have the car inspected by their in-house mechanic Jim. I was given a car to use so that I could still be on the road, and it wasn’t an old banger either.After resolving the minor suspension issue, Jim and Dean delivered my Audi back to me on my drive in Birmingham so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced by driving to them whilst at work! Impeccable pre-sale and after-sale service from D A. I cannot fault them in any way. Sure enough the issue is fixed, and I am so happy with my experience I thought I had to share it. Its no wonder they are so highly rated. I will return for any future car purchases and will refer friends and family.

Rang and spoke to Dean regarding a mondeo estate car he said i could go and view straight away, test drove the car superb drive car was ex police and had loads of history with it and a full mot. Dean could not of been any more helpful from start to finish i would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a car as he will go above and beyond to find the right car for you it was a pleasure doing business with Dean and will definitely use him again

Really pleased with my new car after having it for almost 2 weeks now. The whole experience was made easier by the friendly and helpful staff, I was even collected from the train station by Jim and taken to the garage when I arranged to come back as I wasn't local. Great garage and would recommend to anybody who is thinking of changing motors anytime soon.

I was looking for a nice Mercedes and saw the right car on D A Car, my joy turned to disappointment when I realised the car was in Wigan , however after speaking to Dean and getting some exclusive photos and a very professional video tour to my whatsapp , I was sold.Dean made arrangements to have the car delivered from Wigan to me in South LondonNothing was too much trouble, a slight dink in the leather was actually replaced with a new section of leather rather than a repair and with no additional chargeDean and Adam were very friendly and happy and honest enough to show any flaws like the bit of leather (now looks like new)So please with the car as it actually looked better in real life than in what I thought were really good pictures.Three weeks on and I can't find any fault , just more surprises with the great features my C200 Saloon hasThanks guys will definitely be back ✨️✨️

Found the car i wanted and asked the guys at the dealers to hold it for me for 3 weeks before i can make transactions which they did without any obstacles then I travelled over 500 miles which they picked me up at the train station shows how they would go out there way to make a customer feel at ease,the only thing I could say about the company and workers is OUTSTANDING and quick response, i would one million percent recommend them to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. This was the first dealership we experienced when buying a new secondhand car. Dean was super friendly and helpful from the start and put us both at ease, letting us look at the car we were interested in, test drive it and answered any questions. He was honest about any jobs that needed doing and said they would be done if we wanted the car. Fantastic place to go! He was honest and polite, even when asked silly questions by us.
