Impeccable service from a great team. Vauxhall WJ king in Rochester, Kent helped me find my dream car which is an all-new Astra.The employee who secured my hopes was Louise who was excellent from the minute I decided on the car all the way through to technical details after delivery.They was more than attentive through the ordering process and kept in contact with updates and on time scheduled plans.I was surprisingly happy with how easy it was to change over from one Vauxhall car to the next, almost seamlessly. I would highly recommend Vauxhall WJ King in Rochester to decide on a new car they are all friendly and informative. I will be enjoying my new car for many many years.

Came to WJ King in January to order a new mobility car. And was told we would have the car by July 31st the latest. July came around still no car. Nore any further updates.. so I call for a update and the sales rep we have been dealing with never calls back! Finally get hold of him after calling for 3 days in a row. Get told there's been a delay and we are now looking at September for the car to be delivered! We was told to keep in touch for updates, so I called in August to be told a exact date of 09.09.2023 for the car to be ready! We was over the moon finally felt like we was getting somewhere. The 9th comes and goes and we are then told the 13th of September. That date comes and goes and we are told 2 weeks from that date and the car will be delivered and ready! I called today for a update just to make sure there's not been any changes to find our we have been lied to... the car hasn't even been made yet!!! The staff at this place give us the run around tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone! We have been waiting 9 months for a car and are still no clearer on when the car is going to be ready!Disgusting.

Our first experience of this vauxhall dealership having used Barnes at Parkwood for years but which has now closed.Everything ran very smoothly and the service reception staff were friendly , polite and efficient. Plenty of parking which had always been a problem previously.Thank you

Not sure why Vauxhall branches has different names from each other but would be interesting to find out at some point. Vauxhall Rochester they have a reasonable stock of new and used Vauxhall vehicles available, give them a ring before hand so they can book you in and have a chat with you. The team was helpful, talked through the options with myself. They are toilets available to be used. They have a nice design lay out at the store but they are not got a lot of spare for the stock compared to other dealers.

Generally a good experience when buying a new car but there was one negative incident. Matthew was very professional and helpful. I ordered my new car in March and was told delivery would be in June/July. I was surprised when Matthew rang me at the end of May to say my car had arrived at the dealership and would I visit to complete the necessary paperwork. I completed the paperwork and was offered a fair price in part exchange for my old car. I was shown the car before the PDI had been carried out and all was well. I collected the car a few days later and am pleased with my purchase.My only negative experience about the transaction is when I was trying to arrange my free drive away insurance cover. In order to do this I needed a code from the dealership which was difficult to obtain. It was not available when I signed the paperwork and I had not received it the following day. When I phoned I was put through to their call centre who said they would message the dealership and I would receive the code the following day. This did not happen. It was only when I phoned the dealership again that I received the code I required. I have complained to the dealership about this but six days later I have not had a response to my email.It is disappointing that the dealership has decided not to address my complaint as overall they offered good customer service.UPDATE 08/06/2023I have still not received a response to my emails sent on 29/05/2023. I stand by my comments that Matthew is an excellent salesman but unfortunately the management of the dealership are letting themselves down my ignoring my emails.I will update this thread when/if I get a response.UPDATE 12/06/23I have decided to change my rating to 1* as the dealership has still not been in contact with me to discuss my concerns. I have also received two questionnaires from Vauxhall Head Office asking me about my experience. The first said my comments would be passed to the dealership for action and the second asked if the dealership had addressed my concerns, to which I replied, No.I will update this thread again when/if I get a response.

If I could give no stars I would. Poor service, poor communication, slow to respond. They are decent when selling you the car, the moment there’s an issue all service and communication goes out the window. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from WJ King Rochester

Thanks to the obnoxious mayor of London I had to replace my perfectly good vauxhall diesel Astra. Kings had a very selection to fit my budget. Sales staff where very helpful.

Great service from kings Rochester, 2nd Vauxhall we’ve bought from them over the last few years , can’t fault them for customer service and support. The manager and parts team are great and the young sales rep that dealt with us Kieron was fantastic. Hope to continue dealing with them for years to come.

From the 1st contact through to picking up the new motability vehicle all 3 of the team we have dealt with Matthew, Michael and last but not least Melissa have all been very helpful polite and have made the experience very special and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them and will be going back
