Fantastic service from George & the team. We had multiple problems with the design of the beam but the guys at SBD turned around replacement parts in no time. Extremely helpful, polite and well priced - will certainly use them again!

Absolutely brilliant company/service. I placed an order for an RSJ but made the ‘fatal’ mistake of ordering the wrong length!So I called the next day and George couldn’t have been more professional and understanding - problem quickly solved.Beam delivered on time (and the driver was also very polite, helpful and professional) and is now in place.In my experience there are many companies out there who wouldn’t even know how to spell ‘professional’, never mind act like it - Steel Beams Direct are the absolute epitome of professionalism so order with confidence (as I will again and again).Can’t thank you enough guys.
