Grandad Jim's

Love it, great Halloween display, every type of sweet, hubby loves the sherbet, I love the chocolate nibbles, especially toffee. The kids love grandad Jim's mix the best!! On my most recent visit I purchased the red and some green and blue mallows, which are just the best! They had a Christmas mix in which is what I'll be putting in my plastic free homemade advent calendar for the kids, helping to keep my plastic waste down. The staff are really helpful and always happy to make suggestions if you're looking for a treat for someone.

Great selection of sweets, old and new, friendly staff. Something for everyone

As soon as you walk in the shop which was easy to find. You are welcomed by lovely smells from the sweets. They have a very good selection of sweets too choose from. The girl who served me was very friendly and polite. I will be going back there.

We love Grandad Jim's! It's not expensive you can pop in and buy a lolly pop for 10p or the imported USA sweets which are always going to be more expensive than UK stuff. We just bought my daughters PARTY BAGS from here they we're AMAZING and great VALUE FOR MONEY. Cost £2.00 and have at least 10 items in them, pic attached daughter has already eaten lolly pop, large chewy bar and a small slinky. I also got some small sweet packs for the older kids £1.00 they have large lolly pop, chewy strip and various sweets all in same colour. Definitely worth it and the staff are super helpful.

My boys love a trip to grandad Jim's. It's become a Friday after school ritual. Always a great selection of sweets. Lately I've noticed the staff members look increasingly miserable and not very friendly or welcoming which is a shame luckily my boys are too mesmerised by all the sweets to take any notice.
