Air Thrill

I visited Air Thrill in Edinburgh today, and I have to say, the place is amazing. The kids had an absolute blast, and it was shaping up to be a great experience overall. However, there's a frustrating incident I'd like to highlight.When we arrived, my son had a slight asthma attack, and it was a member of staff (a security guy) who recognized this and offered him some water. I want to extend my gratitude to that staff member for their quick response and concern.The problem arose when I decided to sit down at a table, leaving my kids to play. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable doing so because I couldn't keep a close eye on them, especially given my son's asthma situation. I went to the reception to inquire about buying a pair of socks so I could stand on the mats to have a better view of my son, just in case he needed his inhaler.However, I was met with disappointment. The receptionist informed me that I couldn't purchase the socks, but instead, I could pay around £15 just to stand on the mats. This felt like an unnecessary and frustrating expense, especially considering the circumstances.While the experience at Air Thrill was largely positive, this incident left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they reconsider such policies in the future, as they can significantly impact the overall enjoyment and safety of customers, especially parents with children who may require extra attention.Overall, a great place for fun, but please work on your customer service and flexibility in such situations.

Kids love it. Staff are great. Food spot on. Have been a few times and will definitely be back again. The only problem we had was the machines in arcades never had tickets in them so kids were winning basically nothing, which was upsetting considering the money we put into them. But all in all they had plenty fun.

Loved the venue. Great way to tire out the kids. We were at a birthday party and the team were brilliant and the food was tasty

The best place for kids super cheap! And so much to do honestly staff were so nice and kind, food is outstanding great variety of menu and kids loved the music and lights , lovely and clean and arcades are a must! Definitely be back at weekends loved it x

Brilliant for kids parties, very professional and not amateurish at all, kids and adults both looked after. So much to do if they get bored.

We came in on Sunday. The place itself looked amazing from what we could see as soon as we went in a staff member called Kayley instantly radioed for her manager. This I thought was very un-welcoming as we weren't doing anything wrong just taking a look. I would of understood this if we can in with a huge group, but their was only three of us.As someone who has worked in the hospitality and the customer service industry for years I think this attitude towards potential customers was appalling.

Good fun for the entire family!

Our kids had a great time here, really good place for burning off some energy! It was really clean and the staff were very friendly and also quick and efficient at sorting a couple of small issues we had despite it being very busy. The manager, Camy, was especially helpful when we had some queries. Will definitely be back.

It was super busy, kids all running into each other, not as big as i thought it would be. It was okay.
