Delta Force Paintball Orpington

This experience was not satisfactory in the slightest. A lot of the issues were with the others players which I appreciate is not the staffs fault but by the second game the staff who were also playing with us were not playing by the rules as they were being shoot and not leaving the game and as I was walking towards the dead zone after being shot with my hand clearly in the air to indicate I was out of the game, one of the instructors turned around and shot me in the chest twice from close range which they told us at the beginning was not allowed as you must shoot from a distance of least 3 metres and then I got shot while standing in the dead zone minding my own business. The friend I was with was shouted at by an instructor while adjusting her helmet and then the instructor went on to shoot her at close range which has left her with swollen bruises all over her body so she confronted them about it and two grown male instructors laughed in her face and tried to intimidate her as she was by herself and 16 years old so she walk away and shot them from a further distance and she was kicked out for “assaulting an employee” and there were no repercussions for the employees who treated us awfully. The safety outfits they gave us was not effective at all and we were left with many bruises which were swollen and painful. I do not recommend going here and the staff were not professional and absolutely rude to us.

We bought a book of tickets from the sale stands that pop up in town. The lady took off her commissions, so we ended up paying £40 for 10 tickets. Everything sounded great from her explanation, and we wouldn't end up having to spend anything on the day. We were also told you could choose your own courses and obstacles within your group, choosing up to 3 during the session.When it came to booking our visit, which was for my sons birthday, we ended up using 6 tickets. Each ticket, then had to have a further £11.99 added on as well as a high service charge. Ok, so on the day of the session, we get there with plenty of time. The session is 2-5, and you DO NOT GET THIS FULL SESSION TIME. Instead, you are queuing up from the start of the session, waiting for everyone to come through, grab the gear, and wait for the safety briefing to begin. We also had to spend out a further £120 to get more paintballs for our group. On another note, my partner had a knife pulled on him because he told a group of men to stop shoving into the children in the queue (all the children were 10 years old). So from there, this group made the safety briefing take even longer for the whole group, which you'd think they would be kicked out for pulling a knife out, but nope. When the session did finally start, it was nearly 3 pm, and turned out it was a whole group split in half to attack the other group, not the small battles we were told they could choose from when purchasing the tickets. This group again made the sessions constantly pause because they weren't following safety instruction, yet still they weren't thrown out.I've still given these 3 stars as my son and his friends did have fun, with the people joining their groups together, sang happy birthday, and made him the president they all needed to protect.Overall, don't expect your full session, expect extra cost, and finally, if there's a group ruining it and risking the safety of everyone, don't expect them to be removed.

I recently visited a paintball place, and overall, it was a good experience. The facility had well-designed courses, a friendly staff, and a great atmosphere for paintball enthusiasts. The equipment provided was top-notch, ensuring a thrilling and immersive gameplay. However, it's worth noting that I did end up with quite a few bruises after the session. While it's understandable given the nature of the game, I would have appreciated some additional padding or protective gear to minimize the impact. Nonetheless, if you're up for an adrenaline-filled adventure and don't mind the occasional bruise, this paintball place is definitely worth checking out!

Feel totally ripped off. Bought a book of 10 paintball entry and play" tickets (apparently worth £100) for £50 off the guy at a stall in Bromley shopping centre. He explained that when I rang to book I was to pay £10 per player for 100 balls each then pay for more balls on the day. He said they would need around 300 balls per person and I was to pay £140 on the day to make it to 350 balls each. When we arrive on the day after booking over the phone and paying £86 odd for 8 players and their first 100 balls we saw there was no £140 deal. Instead I had to pay £25.99 per player for 500 balls each. I asked if this included the first 100 balls I had paid £86 over the phone for and was told it did not. Looking on the website we saw that full price for a player- including entry to play and 500balls- was £35.99. So essentially I had paid the full £35.99 by doing £10 odd each at booking then the £25.99 each on the day. The book of tickets Muhammad had actually sold me were completely useless! A scam! The company know this as when booking I needed to mention his name and the reference number he wrote in the book for me. I am in fact £50 out of pocket. Had I had booked straight up with the company online and not used the "great deal" on the book of useless tickets I would have paid £287 instead of £340. Muhammad and delta force know what they are doing. Its a shame as my son and his friends really enjoyed their paintball session. I just honestly feel totally ripped off. Avoid buying tickets from the stalls in bromley for delta force and possibly avoid delta force altogether as this is a known scam they are doing and I am £50 down. Delta force- if I am wrong correct me please. I'd like to discuss it!"

Best day of my life!! Had a great time shooting and getting shot, everyone was such a good sport and it really made the day worth it. The staff there do a great job and helped out wherever they could, Mia was awesome and kept everyone laughing, Ben and Archie were great marshals making sure everyone had a fun and fair game! Definitely worth it for a day out.

First time we went paintballing with my friends and the truth is that we enjoyed it. However, I don't think we made the best decision choosing Delta Force.To begin with as soon as we got there they informed us that we would have to play with others we didn't know and they had already divided us into groups. To play in a private area we would have to pay an extra 11.99 per person, something they forgot to tell us when we booked. In addition and after we paid the extra money in each game the supervisor didn't give us time to get ready and was constantly rushing to finish, as well as in the last game he made a mistake and we didn't finish it properly. Furthermore, I would like to point out that the weapons weren't in the best conditions and sometimes bullets stuck in and it was impossible to fire, as well as not being given the right gear and having to ask for it ourselves I'm talking about chest protectors. In conclusion they had counted the wrong points and the best player was not awarded as they advertised

we arranged a birthday party at Delta Force Orpington, for our 10 years old daughter and her friends, total 10 children. we chose the £26 per person package. before we even started the game, the staff said the amount of paintballs wouldnt be enough and asked us to upgrade to £36 per person. we never played this before and took their advice. our group was 9-10 years old girls and there was another group of teenagers and adults for the same time slot. the staff member said the 2 groups would play separately due to the age difference but in reality the staff didnt care, the teenagers specifically chose the 9-10 years olds girl and shot them not in the chest with the protective gear but on their legs, bottoms, arms. and the staff didnt do anything. most of the girls didnt want to return to the game after the break. and 3 bags of paintballs were unused. this place and the staff is so unprofessional that they persuaded customers to upgrade abefore the game started and they dont pay any attention to the safety of the participants.Update 31/10/2023. Claimed to be owner responded to my review 2 weeks ago and asked me to contact customer service via email. i didnt expect any response but sent the email anyway - and i was right, no response whatsoever. just a marketing tactics responding to reviews, probably an automated review response.

Great family day out. Celebrating family birthday’s. Went with a group of 25 ranging from 12-65 years old. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Oscar and manger outstanding as our team marshal. Oscar very dutiful and brought a smile to all our faces. Credit to the delta force team. Was a very hot day and the staff brought out extra Shelter without being asked to, we were very grateful for this. Well done to all the delta team especially Oscar for delivering a good day out. 10/10 for all. Thank you guys.
