Dan and his team built a 2 storey extension for me. The quote Dan issued at the start was very detailed, so no queries as to what was included, the price beat all other local builders hands down. Dan also suggested some alternative options as to internal layouts,as well as adding some extras (additional outside tap, outside electrical sockets). A couple of delays were experienced due to supply issues (following lockdown) and adverse weather conditions (out of Dan's control) but I was kept up to date with the position. All of Dan's team were really helpful and did everything to keep the disruption and mess to a minimum. All work completed by trademens used by Dan (plumbers, electrician, carpenter, plasterer) was finished to an excellent standard, even drawing complements from my decorator and carpet fitter, who have no connection with Dan. The finished extension was signed off by the councils building regulations without any issues, which speaks for the high standard of the completed job.i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and his team for any building job, large or small.

Dan has completed a couple of jobs for us now and each time it exceeds our expections. He goes above and beyond, which is why we keep using him. No job too big or small, he happily does it to the same incredible standard. More work planned in the near future and we will be definitely using Marshalls Property Solutions.

Garage conversionDan came to quote for a conversion of a garage to a extra room and even giving us the idea of extending a galley kitchen and making a laundry room out of the extra space .Dan and all his workers were efficient and kind and the workmanship up to a high standard.Dan was always helpful and on site to give his ideas as well as being informative.When the job was completed and on the timescale he had quoted for it to be done ( which he did ) we were so happy with everything Marshalls builders had done for us and even extra work he added which he never charged extra to our amazement.I would always recommend Marshall’s builders to anyone.It was a wonderful experience to have had this company and the level of workmanship they delivered.Excellent all round ….

Dan removed existing Kitchen and knocked wall through to create an open plan Kitchen/Diner.He carried out all the building, electrical and plumbing work to a high standard.Dan has good attention to detail and he gave us valuable advice throughout the whole project.Dan is very approachable and we would recommend him to anyone.Debbie & John

Dan and his team completed a single storey kitchen/diner extension to the rear of our property as well as lots of interior work including installation of a new kitchen and bathroom. Dan was fairly priced, stuck to budget and gave us lots of ideas and suggestions along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use him for future work.

Dan was super friendly and professional throughout the whole project. His team carried out internal and external work including; plumbing, electrics, tiling, brickwork, kitchen fitting and plastering. He visited site and provided a competitive quote, work was able to start sooner than originally discussed, which fitted out time line perfectly. My work colleague recommended this company after having a beautiful extension on their home.We live in a 1937 semi detached that's had some subsidence, so wanted somebody that was recommended to help us sort out some flooring issues, and a new flat roof to the extension.Dan came by to talk to us about the issues, gave us his advice on correcting different flooring heights and issues from the subsidence.We spoke about underfloor heating and the best way forward to make sure the job was good.He quoted us promptly for the work and gave us a time schedule.Throughout the whole process, Dan and his team have made us feel that nothing is too much trouble.
