They have no behaviour at all very unprofessional. I have been going there since i was a child now in my 30s and the staff who have changed are even worse. I called to confirm my appointment not only was it cancelled but they took me off their system an put the phone down on me again. How are they allowed to get away with that? Them staff need to go before they get the place in financial trouble Avoid at all cost

Staff members are very professional and sensitive to the needs of their patients, especially receptionists. The manager Rita and Ciprain are always willing to help with arranging appointments at short notice assisting in emergencies. This practice has served me consistently for over a decade, thank you.

Worst dentist, I phoned to make an appointment, the reception answered the phone and didn’t even say who they were. They never have appointments, I explained that I’m 34 weeks pregnant and really need appointment even if I went down the private route and she didn’t even try to accommodate me. This dentist has the worst customer service on the phone and in the actual surgery.

Booked an appointment for Monday 11th September with Hygienist over the phone after not being able to secure one as she only works on a Monday since Jul that was suitable for me with work commitment’s etc. When I arrived to the dental surgery, I was advised no appointment was booked nor a Hygienist on site today despite it being a Monday too. Extremely disappointing and frustrating as going away on holiday that week. Oddly the receptionist working on 11th sounded very much like the person on the phone the previous week who said yes my appointment was confirmed and booked having also told me my last appointment date in July. Total waste of time and energy. Not sure who manages this reception but this is totally unacceptable and not customer centric. A Luke warm apology was given at the time with sis you get a text or email, if not then not confirmed!! Really I called and biked over the phone time and date read back to me as a yes your confirmedI even showed my call records and time spent on phone over 2 mins talking to book in … truly annoying

I am a patient for many years but have not been for check up over the time of covid. So a few months ago I had a broken tooth an emergency case, the receptionist was very rude and did not careless .the behaviour was unbelievably shocking to say the least, advise stay aways from heartless people with your health.

Haven’t been able to see a dentist in over 6 months due to a lack of dentists. Even though I’ve been experiencing pain in my tooth and the last time I saw a dentist they were contemplating root canal.

Very rude peopleThe doctor literally sacked me out because was 18:00 a clock and he was in a hurry.. but my appointment was at 16:45, I was waiting there an hour.. And then Then he took me out the door without telling me if I have any problem or anything.. He simply turned his back and said, have a nice day, and when turned to face me, he saw that I'm still there, he got up and led me to the door.. saying that it's six o'clock and he has to leave

They are lucky to get one star. They have worse receptionists ever. Anne Marie to name one. They move as if we the patients are bothering them when we pay for our service. Anne-marie is childish, she likesTo hang up on you and place you on hold for long hours when she doesn't like when someone is not happy. I have proof and recorded this. Previous Admin team had no customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone, they don't discriminate everyone can get treated badly.Manager also rude, when I explained my issue on the phone. She straight away sided with her unprofessional receptionist. She said those things did not happen, she kept on speaking over me on the phone, even raising her voice. Manager has not gotten back to me in regards of this matter. I will NEVER give them any of my money. Again zero stars. I hope they close down.Disgusting overall

Payment taken in advance by phone. 12 a clock appointment. Now 12:26 still sitting and waiting. It’s a shame … supposed to be NHS dentist. No appointment from January and last they told us to try in September again.. We went for private. The dentist told he has to clean it before see. Next time… more money. We payed for a check and two X-ray . I asked the doctor and the receptionist to send me those xrays by email. Never happened but since than they are emailing texting us to go to treatment. Thanks. 680 for two fillings. Now they called by phone. I stopped her. Where are the X-ray , you newer sent over. Oh probably a mistake. It’s a shame. This practice is a simple rubbery with an incompetent but money hungry dentist and receptionist who tough enough to handle it. I have seen a guy who was visiting this practice since 7 years old. He was refused in one sentence. On the phone they are telling our nhs dentist is on sick leave. In person, he quit and we no have nhs dentist at all.
