I ordered a custom made pin to go with a shawl I knit. The owner worked with me on the design until we came up with something I truly loved. I received it packaged carefully so there was no chance of damage, in a timely fashion (realistic timely fashion - from a small personal business not something mass produced and ordered off of the big A). Cannot recommend enough.
