Our mum been here 8 weeks now, I'm glad to say I'm happy so far with her care, carers are lovely , nurses are always there to help mum especially Cheryl and Rachel, cleaning lady is very helpful to me and the laundry staff also (Gill) and the management team sort/ answer any problems I have straight away.

I would not recommend this care home to anyoneMy dad was here for 2 weeks and the care he was given was poor to say the least he ended up in hospital it was so bad

The staff at Alt Park are just fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Our relative went in for the final 6 weeks of his life and they made it as comfortable and peaceful as possible. I'm so glad we decided that he went there and cannot Thank them enough.

Never ever put any of your loved ones in this home. Grandad was in there for 2 weeks and was rushed to hospital with dehydration , he's really ill. The place Is filthy and there is a complete lack of any dignity for the residents . I wouldn't leave my dog there.
