One of the best snow sports shops that I have been in. It doesn't have the most extensive range in the world but the staff are really helpful and always take the time to talk to you and give advice if you need it. It is a far more relaxed atmosphere than some of the larger chains who at times can try and push you into buying very expensive gear.I bought some ski boots from big dicks a couple of years ago and spent 2-3 hours in the shop trying all the boots on and then having them moulded to my feet. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and knew the products which gave me bags of confidence in the shop. Since then I have been in with friends and family to buy helmets, goggles and ski pants, all of who have had a really positive experience. Thank you!

Purchased a new pair of ski gloves. Excellent range of gloves to choose from and friendly knowledgeable staff. Great independent store, I’ll be back to get my skis serviced.

My first time there , just dropping a board off for servicing. Yet to see the results.As usual, Google had asked for a rating before the product/service had been evaluated.My son was quite pleased with the results of servicing his snowboard. I have raised my score from 3 to 4 stars.

Wonderful little shop with super friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me to custom my snowboard boots. I had to drive a while to get there but it was well worth it. Thanks for everything!

5 stars? Absolutely.The place to go to get your board or skis serviced. The shop is nicely stocked and they are an independent shop full of great friendly people. What's not to like?I've taken my 3rd board here now must be close to a decade I've come here.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! Each time I've been in I've been greeted with friendly staff, who seem to have endless knowledge of the products they stock, and even those they don't to ensure I get the best product for my purpose! Every item I've had from this shop has been wonderful, and I can't thank the shop staff enough for their help, making sure my boots were moulded to perfection before setting off for my first ski holiday! Loved it.We have just been for a ski helmet. Yes we left it very late. So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is packed with wonderful things. 100% and more recommend. Oh and we got the perfect one.
