We went to Posh Spas on a personal recommendation from a friend who had recently purchased a hot tub.We were welcomed and looked after by Nick on our first visit and patiently explained the benefits of each.At no point as there any 'hard sell' and we felt very comfortable looking.We returned a few days later to leave a deposit after researching features and prices - and Posh Spas couldn't be beaten.Delivery via a crane (our side access is very tight) was organised and turned up when promised.The installation was handled expertly and we were given a thorough demo of our new hot tub.We felt very happy knowing we were well looked after and the after-care service is already in place to protect our investment.I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or swim spa.It's not often you see great value and strong ethics from a family run business.

Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service!! The entire process from investigating product, selecting, purchasing, delivery has been professional and very well managed. We bought as part of a fairly major garden makeover and were delayed in completing our works but this did not cause Posh Spas an issue, they understood and worked with us. Hot Tub was delivered last Friday and the delivery team were outstanding!! Highly Recommended!!

I looked up a number of Spa/hot tub suppliers and saw lots of great reviews for Posh Spas; so decided to buy a hot tub from them.So glad I did, the service from visiting the showroom to installation has been superb.I dealt with Nick when buying our hot tub and to his mum arranging delivery & installation.Today the installation team came, James & Tyla. These guys were great, they needed to come through my neighbours garden, which they did with ease. The installation, advice and everything about the delivery & hot tub was fantastic. Lovely professional guys and provided a superb service and confirms that we we were right to use Posh Spas.

I bought a hot tub from these guys. The salesman was very informative and helpful. The tub arrived on the promised day and was installed by two professional young gentlemen. They took the time to explain everything. Cant fault them so far and I’m really pleased as it can be hard to find people you trust.

After looking online and deciding it was a minefield of prices and information online a friend recommended Posh Spas. Drove over on a Saturday morning to ask questions which I had and were happily answered. Was shown plenty of options and with no pushy sales.Ended up buying a tub, delivered on the agreed date allowing me time to sort out my patio.Delivery and installation was completely hassle free, polite, friendly and obliging installers.All controls and maintenance explained before they leftHad a small issue with the display screen, one email later and within a week an engineer was round to replace.Would highly recommend

Bought the GT761 from here 2 years ago. No problems here but be warned if anything goes wrong once its out of warranty you will get zero customer service even if its a known fault with your hot tub. If your willing to pay a £120 call out charge and £75 an hour for them to come and look at the issue which you know is a known fault with your model then by all means fill their pockets with the cash as they will then charge you for the replacement parts on top of all the call out costs, of which they will no doubt source free of charge from the manufacturer!!! shocking!!If you're going to invest your money to buy a hot tub, which lets face it £8170 in my case, you'd better hope nothing goes wrong with it as posh spas wont help you, unless you're willing to pay hundreds of pounds. Check with the manufacturer and you will find the known issues with your model. Something which posh spas don't seem to know themselves which i find surprising considering that apparently they have sold thousands of my particular model!Customer service is not just about purchasing an item, it should go beyond into the aftercare, posh spas DO NOT know how to do this.
