Two chimneys unblocked, inspected, swept and smoke-tested with certificate issued. Arrived on the dot as agreed. Clean, no fuss, will use again and happy to recommend to others.

Ian's the kind of person who you immediately know is going to do the job right. He's polite, professional, organised and knows what he's doing. He cleaned two chimneys for me which hadn't been tackled for decades, one of which was blocked with a stubborn bird's nest, and left the place so clean you'd be hard pressed to know he'd been. I would look no further than Tootsweep if you ever need a chimney cleaned.

Ian was brilliant. On time and fast he had all the gear so we even saw a video of the inside of our chimney! No mess was left and we have the piece of mind knowing we have no CO2 leaking and are properly insured if the worse should happen.

Highly recommended. Tootsweep is straight-up, honest, reliable, thorough and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else for my chimneys. Ian is punctual, does a great job, completely tidy room after, and with a certificate of assurance. He also makes honest and welcome recommendations about other safety measures in the house (carbon monoxide detectors for example, and recommendations for chimney caps on unused chimneys). No need to look elsewhere!

Ian turned up on time and cleaned 4 chimneys that hadn't been cleaned in years. He promised I wouldn't know he had been and he was right- a very clean job carried out! Not a speck of soot escaped. Very pleasant man who had lots of useful advice to offer. Happy to highly recommend him!
