Kerrianne was my stylist and she talked me through what would be good for my fine, damaged shoulder length hair. She bravely coloured all the underneath and out highlights through the top. Kerrianne then cut my hair and took the back into the nape of my neck and showed me how to train my broken curly bits at the front to go straight! I love the complete transformation and will definitely be back! My daughter in law has booked to have her hair coloured on the strength of this recommendation. Kerrianne and Diane (another senior stylist) put me at ease the moment I walked through the door. 5 star treatment.

I needed my hair done like lot of people after lockdownAlthough I could not find my face mask I did ask if lady will be ok to do my hair.she was reluctant and was not interested to do my hair .Will not be returning ,as I am not happy with cut.

Absolutely butchered my long hair. Had to get it cut again elsewhere the following day. I asked for shoulder length with layers and showed a pic. I've ended up having to have a very short bob! Expected better from the Salon owner (Natalie) but my cut was rushed and uneven with random long bits and a chunk cut short on one side. I did get a partial refund (£1 deducted) No apology!!
