Excellent customer service

We have just returned from Prague and I would like to thank Prague Experience for their assistance throughout. From my original contact the Prague Experience team was efficient, helpful and prompt. Our transfers, accommodation and tours were excellent. Front row seats for The 'Vivaldi' concert at Klementinum was an added bonus, superb. Prague is a great city. I shall return hopefully next year, and I recommend Prague Experience services to anyone.

Never have any time to write a review but getting quite bored during this lockdown I though I will share my wonderful trip to Prague last October with Prague Experience. Everything was splendidly organised: a beautiful belle-époque" hotel not far from the city center

Just returned from Prague. Everything we booked via Prague Experience was great. We booked airport pick up, St. Nicholas concert tickets and Dinner & Jazz at Café Mozart. Prague Experience promptly replied to my questions and confirmations also included directions to the venues, which was handy! Highly recommended, 5* service!

I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!
