Booked an appointment for a car recall which I missed. I called in to book another appointment which was supposed to come with a loan car but due to miscommunication, no loan car was attached to the appointment. I live far way so I told them I would rebook instead but I was told they do a collection service (I wasn’t told then it comes with a charge) and someone would call me from their office to schedule the appointment. 2 weeks past, no call. I called to book an appointment and was told due to the campaign, they no longer loan cars and the collection service would cost £12. Getting stressed for a recall that’s not my fault. I’m going to be using the Seafield branch instead.

Simon and all the staff here made the process of building and ordering a new 3 Series Touring easy, sorted out a good deal, and set and kept to clear timelines for updates but without extraneous comms. Really poor customer service. Car booked in for a service but despite having the correct number plate details when it was booked in, they still had my old car details on the system which was a different BMW model. As a result, I was told I couldn’t be seen today and would need to rebook. Lady on the desk was trying to help but whoever she was speaking to on the phone was clearly happy to hide and deliver the news through her.

Overall not happy with the approved used car experience. Bought a 740Ld from Gurpage Singh at BMW Eastern in July 2021. The car appeared to have been prepped really well. When I got home and after 2-3 days of rain there was a really big key mark along the entire length of the NSR door, which was beginning to become visible with dust settling on it as the polish was wearing off. BMW Eastern had just tried 'buffing/polishing' it out to save money. This was impossible to spot on collection at the showroom as it was very polished. It definitely did not happen after I collected the car because you could clearly see there was an attempt to use colour/polish on it.Another issue, after a few months both front tyres were very badly worn on the outer edges. Now I know that driving over bad roads can knock out the alignment, but for 'both' front tyres to wear out significantly on the outer edges seemed strange. I have requested an AUC inspection report for the car as I believe they may have overlooked the wheel alignment during their apparently very thorough check.However, both the above issues did not bother me enough to go back to BMW Eastern to get it sorted as I live in Birmingham so was not worth the 5 hour drive!!However, what's really annoyed me is that they couldn't even be bothered to check the Display Key that was handed over to me. It was handed to me in a rubber case with a crinkled up plastic sticker on the screen. The battery was dead on it and I didn't use it when I got home, I just put it straight into the safe and used the standard key for 18 months. I assumed it would have been perfect.18 months down the line I got fed up of the standard BMW key opening the boot when in my pocket and bending down etc. So I thought I'd get the Display Key out and use that instead. That solved the problem of boot opening while key in pocket, but to my surprise I saw that the screen was actually shattered and that's why the rubber case and sticky sheet had been applied. I contacted Gurpage Singh today and he got back to me saying they are not willing to replace the key because they can't prove it was like that before the sale. I am confident they did not check the key. My mistake was that I did not check the Display Key and just put it into my safe as a spare.Anyways, I have requested a full AUC report from them so that I can proceed with a formal complaint to BMW UK as I believe this dealership is in breach of their AUC contract.Be cautious when purchasing a used car from them...

we went to buy a used mini, wanted one for a long time, did a test drive organised by Steven lovely bloke so kind and courteous, did test drive took car back early after starting because it was impossible to get it into gear what a disappointment. also the wife didn't like the passenger position at the front she said seat was too low down and she had difficulty getting out! apparently saying i would buy her a winch wasn't the correct reply.

Ladies and gentlemen, may I present to thee the sound our car makes after 2 days in this lovely service for which they charged GBP 1700 (one thousand seven hundred pounds!!!). Just watch the video.Long story short: brought the car for MOT after which the car started to make weird noises when reversing. I don’t know what they did with it. So we brought the car back to assess the noise. 2 days and 1700 pounds later the car makes even more noises that were not there before.This service center is such an embarrassment. Honestly, if I’m not satisfied with their response I think we will take a legal action.

Just like to leave some positive feedback for one of your sales stuff. Had the pleasure of meeting with Ewan Swanson regarding some options. Was blown away by the service I got and his knowledge of the products on show. Was shown around different options and given thorough details on the specs of each car. Nothing but good things to say based on my experience today. I am undecided on a car at the moment but have been massively swayed today by his knowledge and genuinely having the customers best interest in mind. An absolute gentleman.Will
