Have had a PIV unit installed in my rental property in Llantwit Major. I cannot praise the company enough, from the survey done by Craig,installation by Allan and communication from Timea the experience was absolutely brilliant.Don’t be afraid to use this company at all!

We have had Envirovent out twice over the last few months. Once to install two bathroom extractor fans and then to install a PIV system. The entire process was great from booking and payment to the actual fitting completed by Allan. Work was exactly as described, high quality and tidy. Allan was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job.Happy to recommend Envirovent

EnviroVent South & West Wales have been an excellent company, offering great value for money and nothing was too much trouble. Justin carried out the home survey providing a very professional and informative service. He was great at answering all queries I had on the day, putting my mind at ease by ensuring that the ATMOS for Flats & Apartments and Cyclone 7 would combat the mould and condensation issues I was having. Timea has been great at coordinating the works and providing all information needed to be approved by my flat management company.I cannot praise Shaun enough for his high-quality workmanship. The system had to be relocated due to unforeseen circumstances and he was quick to investigate each room to provide options of new locations. Works took longer than expected due to the nature of the building but once the new location was agreed, Shaun did not stop working and provided a clean quality finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Very impressed with how easy it is to use and would highly recommend.

Positive experience from the initial meeting with surveyor Craig (no pushy salesman talk), to the installation carried out by Allan and Storm. The two extractors are working efficiently and humidity levels have lowered considerably.

Our surveyor Craig was extremely helpful, and our engineers Allan and Storm did a great job fitting the PIV unit and kitchen extractor fan. Great service from Envirovent ! We couldn't get the cover off to clean the extract fan ourselves, so we arranged for Envirovent to attend. Not only did they remove the cover successfully, but they also serviced the fan free of charge. Thank you Timea and Allan for your great service.

If I were to rate the expertise of the office and installation team it would be 5 star however, despite trying, I cannot get over the fact that after the fan was installed it had no effect on humidity levels in our house, I just (probably unfairly) cannot tick 5 stars!The humidity levels remained the same, still too high. I had built up to expecting a significant difference, Craig suggested such but so far not so. The product looks fab and Halo (Allan and Storm) did a wonderful neat and clean job. The literature suggests it is inexpensive to run and has little or no maintenance.

Highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with from the office, the surveyor and the installers were great! Super professional, arrived when they said they would and all lovely people. The products recommended to me to solve my condensation issues were fitted quickly and I’ve noticed a difference the very next day!

Great communication throughout the process. The damp and mould in the property were quickly assessed by Craig who recommended a PIV to be fitted in the loft and new extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen. The work was carried out professionally and I was able to contact Timea at Envirovent with any queries which she answered promptly. Really happy with the service I received and although only recently fitted the difference in the moisture levels in my property is already evident. Will definitely use this company again in the future if I have problems with condensation.

Envirovent are truly a professional service from the product right down to the after sales and service.Our regional engineer (Alan) is far and above a pleasure to have attend and rectify a couple of issues with our Mr Venty although its almost five years old. He sorted any issues and gave excellent advice. Even the office staff follow up immediately on any issues, and notifying the team to call and rectify.There are a lot of unsatisfactory services around since covid, but rest assured Envirovent are 100% amazing, and I would HIGHLY recommend this business above any other!.Thank you all from the office down to the service team, at Envirovent.
