Incredibly efficient service. 12 string acoustic guitar action lowered, restrung and retuned in 30mins. Really great about COVID measures too. Top notch service that I would absolutely use again.

Really pleased with the changes that were made to my acoustic guitar. It is playing and sounding a lot better.Ian took the time to talk through what was required and provided an estimate of cost. There was no pressurised sales pitch.........just a genuine interest in you and your guitar.Great service and work carried out to a high standard.....I will certainly be back!

Had a great set up done that has transformed the guitar in question and so much for the better. Appointment was bang on time and work completed quickly and at great value. Definitely recommend for anyone in Glasgow area looking for a guitar help.

Messed about with my guitar and ended up with loads of buzzing and just not feeling great.Booked and spent some time with Ian today and feels like I have got a new guitar.Took time to explain what he was doing so I can try and do this type of thing in the future.Top guy and very good at what he does.

Excellent, fast and very good-value set-up, action-lowering + truss-rod adjustment on a lovely acoustic but with punishingly high action. Real craftsmanship, very careful work, and asked the right questions before he did it, also. Really delighted. The appointment system works very well. Many thanks.

Superb service , I would highly recommend Ian and there services that he offers . Great communication in scheduling an appointment due to the current covid situation to inspect and estimate my sons guitar repair and then turned the repair around in a few days . Thanks again Ian .
