My Experience with post op massage is great 10 out of 10 very good I always look forward to going every week Emeline is the best and she knows her work very well I would recommend anyone family and friends as I have done before and they too are very happy keep up the good work you are the best.

I have been coming to Emilene for many years. I first started seeing her for deep tissue massage as I was weight training and would often have very tight sore muscles. I would leave feeling as though I was floating on air.I am now seeing her as for lymphatic drainage massage due to surgery. She is extremely knowledgable and will help and assist in anyway she can. Such a multi talented lady.

I have been having neck pain and back pain due to my working condition. I've been having regular massages and other treatments from Emilene since April 2021 as I've had a frozen shoulder. Her gentle yet effective massage techniques are really helping, and she makes good use of her oscillating machine and cupping" machine both of which have also been beneficial. My shoulder and in fact my general feeling of health and balance has really improved since I've been seeing her. I'm sleeping better too. Finding Emilene was a blessing.I see her as much more than a therapist, she has been my support system during my recovery from liposuction.She is incredibly knowledgable and uses a variety of methods (from MLD to endermology etc..) depending on the needs for a truly holistic approach.She’s been extremely accommodating and flexible, sometimes making herself available very last minute if I was in pain or needed an extra massage.She’s been an important presence thanks to her friendly face and calming energy. She’s helped me hugely in my healing process and I feel very grateful I found her so I would 100% recommend her.

Emilene was absolutely phenomenal as a post-op therapist. I had a “mummy make over” which entails a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction as well as a breast reduction. My Harley Street surgeon recommended I have lymphatic drainage massage to ensure the outcome of my surgery be at its best. I found Emilene on Google as was after someone local and with experience in post-op therapy. She was just great. Her treatment room is a little sanctuary in the middle of hectic Lewisham/Catford. Perfect distance for me to walk to hers as exercise. She always made the room smell lush with her aromatherapy oils and was always recommending interesting new supplements and alternative treatments as part of my post-op recovery plan. I thought her massages were really good and my own mother even has the occasional massage with her now. She’s sweet and professional. Highly recommend!
