3 different occasions we had parcels due.... Even being at home on days of delivery all they did was post a leaflet through saying delivery attempted, didnt even knock the door. I had a recorded delivery sent to me from an estate agent, envelope was ripped open the sticker was ripped off to say it had been signed for, it was posted through letterbox and pages missing. Improvements much
