Tesco Express

Great place, mainly because it's in my building so I can walk there in my flip flops without willing to live after online classes and buy more alkohol. I recommend that to everyone in this building and surroundings.

Not bad if you need a few things can be bit expensive for stuff would like to see more of Tesco's own products for example I was looking for chicken gravy granles and all the grays and sauces they was no Tesco's own brads only expensive brands and I was not paying them prices .

Great staff and everyone does their best with the awkward narrow aisles but I'm starting to hate going in there. Why do the Security men have to stare at you so intently? I'm hardly the demographic they should be focusing on. Am I the only one...? It's intimidating and frankly unnecessary.

I come here pretty much every day but this is the first time the security guard has followed me all the way around the shop and stood and stared at me the whole time. I'm assuming it is because I had a pram but he could probably have been a bit more subtle. It didn't exactly make me feel as I was welcome to shop at my leisure and it means I'll be avoiding this Tesco as much as possible in future.

Nobody answers the phone when you call them they just hang up on you

I never had any problem shopping there, it's a Tesco Express (!), it does what it sais on the tin. However, if you ever wanted to use their newly added Hermes Parcel Shop function, please, be advised that they refuse to take 'any parcel larger than what would fit in one of their plastic bags, as they haven't got space for anything larger' - so I was told at the counter. My box was large, but still within the guidelines specified on the Hermes website where I booked the service with a drop-off. The trouble is, you have to do the booking in advance, picking the exact drop-off location at the time of the booking, so it wasn't just a matter of taking it somewhere else. I had to cancel the service, and ended up booking with a different provider. That's time of my life I will never get back. I 100% understand the lack of space, I just wish they had made it clear and known that there are such restrictions at certain Parcel Shops, so one doesn't waste their time booking to the wrong place" with restrictions further restricting the Hermes guidelines

Total waste of space , shelves no stock and self service came up call for assistance but no one came left the shop with nothing

While i was about to pay for some items at the checkout yesterday evening, a security guard took a bottle of Irn Bru Xtra from my procket and proclaimed to everyone in the shop that I had stolen it.He said he had followed me around the store and had seen me shoplift it. This was a lie. I had bought it earlier in the day and had taken a couple of sips out of it in the afternoon. He refused to give it back to me. I certainly hope he did not put it back on sale.

This is an annoying place to shop. The aisles are very narrow normally blocked with staff stocking shelves. The till is often unmanned as the staff are away stocking the shelves. A few of the staff are great but mostly they look like they would rather be anywhere else than there. Sort it out Tesco

Mask wearing is mandatory but when I went into this branch of Tesco there were more customers NOT wearing masks than with masks. I felt very unsafe. I asked the cashier why she was not reminding customers to wear masks; she said they might have asthma. But there were about a dozen with no masks! She said she couldn’t ask them why they were not compliant because of confidentiality laws (GDPR). This is utter nonsense! GDPR is not designed to provide an excuse for slack supermarket staff! A badly managed Tesco.My local Sainsbury’s posts an assistant at the door checking that customers wear masks and politely telling people there’s no entry without a mask.
