Fort Henry

Lovely place to visit you can walk from car park to see this and old Harry rocks I would not recommend pushchair, dog friendly.

Fort Henry is part of a range of defences from WWII. It's in the most gorgeous part of Studland just above the beach. The watch tower part naturally has sweeping views of the bay. It all looks out of place now but back in the day they were practising for the d day landings and all sorts! Great place to take kids and dogs. The different fortifications create a kind of trail. Near the Bankes Arms pub if you fancy a beer after. Took some video of the old ammunition store as vandals had pulled the door off on one side, and I couldn't resist peeking in. Parking, loos and cafe nearby.
