Not very professional. Smoking around customer vehicles and while riding customer motorcycle out the garage. Just in passing not somewhere that I would trust to look after my vehicle. Understand that smoking breaks may be needed but while actually on/ around customer vehicles… don’t think this is appropriate

I’ve only dealt with Sean at Tredworth and he’s been nothing but professional, hardworking, and exceptionally patient with my questions.I feel in safe hands with Tredworth and no doubt my Michigan should last a fair few years with these guys around to help.

Problem with starting a virtually new Lexmoto LXR 125 bought from Oakley Cars and Classics, Kent (3 star review at best). Nigel was a magician, found 5 fault codes on the bike and sourced the issue to a fuel pump relay. £8 for the relay and bike has been a joy since. Diagnostics understandably took a while to work through but these things do. Cost acceptable and been back for the 960 mile service since then. Again great service and issue with 1st gear selection sorted (I came off the bike and bent the selector - don’t ask) and bike now settling down and on its way to becoming a decent runner. Will use Tredworth again and my thanks to Sean as well who is laid back and puts up with my incessant questions and ignorance. Keep up the good work lads.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Previously had 2 visits with no issues, to change a tyre and chain, both at short notice. I thought, brilliant, I’ll put my bike in for its MOT - big regret. I get a phone call, the bike has a major defect with the front forks it’s leaking and will need replacing, also the rear light has stopped working. I go to pick up the bike, Sean explained that actually there was no issues with the fork, it was just oil. A small rag and this would have been found out. Didn’t cost me anything, fine. Then the bigger problems start. The rear tail light that was replaced, was replaced with a single LED (a cheap eBay job that cost about 90p in a bulk pack). Sean explains that it’s complicated to get to my rear tail light but it’s all been replaced and past it’s MOT. He then explains how his mate, Spence, has a Kawasaki and he was asked to replace his rear tail light, which he did, but Sean said it was so much work, that it would have been easier just to snip the cable, twist the wires, job done. He said he was joking of course.I take the bike home and give it a wash, I notice the tail light isn’t coming on, then I notice some cables sticking out a bit, I also find a loose nut under the seat. I give them a little pull, and the cable had been snipped, and the light immediately disconnected. A terrible bodge job, worst case scenario would have been that it was lazily soldered together, but it looked as though someone got some pliers and twisted slightly. The LED didn’t even clear the depth of the number plate. There’s more...I test the light on another power supply, it doesn’t work. Then I buy a new light for the bike, it still doesn’t work, after breaking down all the areas that could be a problem, I check the fuse box, and the fuse had gone, replaced and the tail light worked. The light had not worked before or after the MOT as the fuse had gone? So how did it pass it’s MOT?!I returned to discuss with Sean and I mentioned the Spence story had come true, he explained that of course the LED light wouldn’t of stayed connected, it was too thin (assuming someone else other than Sean did the work?!)z He offered to replace the light with a new light supplied by myself for free, he said he would solder it?! I declined the offer, as I absolutely did not trust them to go near my bike. I spent 15 minutes taking bolts apart, to replace the tail light and clip it into the electrics, I have no idea why cutting and soldering is required!I imagine if you have a bit of a banger, or a tired scooter, these guys would get it going and keep it ticking over, if you’ve got a bike you love, that you’ve put some money into, absolutely avoid this place.
