Awe & Wonder, Bury St Edmunds Baby Classes

Turned out that the baby massage and bath class was the class that I didn't know I needed! In the classes I found support, understanding, no judgement and wonderfully no competiveness over whose baby can do what.As the mother of a SEN child, the classes provide a wonderful, calm and relaxed environment where our son gets to be just like any other baby.Kimberly immediately put me at ease and genuinely cares about both Mother and baby. I cannot recommend these sessions enough.

Rachel’s Sensory & Messy Play class over the summer holidays was fantastic! My 5 month old baby and I really enjoyed it. I believe it has made him more inquisitive and confident to reach out, explore and play. I’m pleased to have more messy play ideas to do at home too. I’d definitely recommend this class!

A wonderfully calm and exploratory class for little ones. Extremely well planned and thought out, interactive sensory sessions. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe space to meet like-minded mums with their little ones but wants good value and child-led fun. I’ve tried many classes but Awe and Wonder classes are miles apart from most. We have attended Water babies and Sensory and Messy Play, both exceptional! Keep up the good work ladies!! Emma xx

I have recently been attending baby massage classes with Kimberley at Thurston Community Centre with my newborn son and I couldn't rate/recommend highly enough! It's so lovely to have a quiet hour with your baby and other like minded mummy's, taking some time to relax and ground yourself whilst learning how to massage your baby to aid bonding (and the multitude of other benefits!). Kimberley is such an encouraging, supportive lady and I'm so grateful to her for creating such a positive, warm environment to learn and share! We look forward to attending some of the other classes that Awe & Wonder have on offer soon!

Kimberley's classes are amazing. Not only does bath babies provide sensory water based fun and massage for baby it also let's mums have a safe welcoming space to discuss the highs and lows of motherhood. Would highly recommend it to everyone. I'm so pleased we found bath babies, it the class we didn't know we needed.

The Awe & wonder messy play/sensory sessions are such lovely classes! My daughter just loves getting messy and exploring the different themes each week and interacting with other babies at the various different play stations. These classes are a wonderful opportunity to enjoy being with your baby amoung other parents. We also loved that Kimberley and Rachel offer saturday classes too which meant my husband could come along to some.Would thoroughly recommend :) thank you to you both!xx

Bath babies has been absolutely integral to the first few months of my daughter’s life - and a memory that I will truly hold on to, forever.The safe space that Kimberley manages to create for parents in each session is something that I so desperately needed at this changeable time - I’m going to miss our classes so much and am so grateful to have had the chance to make these incredible memories with my little one.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My 7 month old daughter Ivy and I have just finished a wonderful term with Awe and Wonder. Ivy absolutely loved the opportunity to explore new experiences, textures, toys and of course meeting other babies. It was great to meet other parents too. The messy play was great and we loved the themes each week and tried to dress accordingly (though of course this is optional). Rachel the group leader was fantastic and created a fun, child-led, relaxed and creative space for babies and parents to play and bond. I also have specific physical needs which were accommodated completely so Ivy and I were still able to fully participate. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking on to another term soon!

My daughter and I first started going to the Awe and Wonder bath babies sessions when she was 8 weeks old. They were a relaxing, special experience for us both and everyone was looked after so well by Kimberley. We then went to the messy play sessions run by Rachel when my daughter was a little older, and she loved these classes as she was able to spend as long as she wanted on any one activity. There are loads of sensory experiences in every session and all the babies seem to have a fantastic time. Thank you both for all you do!
