I’m honestly disgusted the shop was empty the whole time I was in there but yet the woman was rushing my nails so much she hurt me on many occasions. All my nails are differently lengths and these are for a wedding! The woman was exstremely rude to me when I questioned the different lengths I’m honestly so disappointed!!!

Went to have my nails done here yesterday. While my nails look lovely, the lady doing them was quite brutal. She cut me with a normal nail file and then again with the drill. She then proceeded to moan at me constantly because I wasn't very relaxed, hard to be relaxed when you've been cut twice.

Well as you can imagine I do not have my nails done here however my partner does.We are always able to get an appointment which is obviously handy, the staff have always been very good at squeezing my partner in if they can , opening early or staying late which is appreciated greatly.They have always been so lovely, chatty and making you feel welcome.My partners nails always look great, she is always really very happy with them also.All in all it is a great little place and one my partner keeps going back to.Very friendly, very clean and price wise I'd say great.No problems and would happily recommend.

Awful experience, should have listened to the reviews. Wonky nails and uneven to each other. Lopsided and just an awful nail experience. Avoid this place at all costs, not worth the money at all - I recommend Nail Story in Bligh way much better was busy hence why I went here at short notice

Went for a infill, hurt my fingers, all my nails are uneven and different shapes, too short and put four coats on one nail and it looks all thick and disgusting. Had a shower and it peeled off! I kept saying please can you make these the same shape? Can you make it so the colour is even? And just kept doing it wrong! Still charged me 26 pounds when I was obviously unhappy with the service.

Terrible service, I booked an appointment for 1 and when I got there everyone was busy. They then tried to squeeze me in around people and said a gel infill on my toes would take longer than half an hour? I’ve had a whole pedicure and gel removal in half an hour so don’t really understand why. They then tried to pass me around from person to person for something so simple and there were other girls waiting with half nails done. Would never recommend this place or go again.

Awful, I was switched between 2 ladies. I went in for an infill and for a little bit shorter and she clipped my nails off and filled soooo much. I said I didn't want then that short and they said it's done now. The nails painting was shocking!! I said I don't think these are worth £25 and she looked at me and said tou have to pay! I will NEVER go back here! Awful service!

DO NOT GO HERE! Cut my friends toenails extremely short and wonky, she returned the next day to complain and they filed them down even more to even them out. This has now caused her to have an ingrown toenail. When raising this with the salon they asked her to come to the shop in person to sort it out. While at the salon she was greeted with extremely rude and ignorant attitudes. They refused a refund, didn’t even apologise or a knowledge what they had done. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs…

Had my nails done last week. TERRIBLE. I had an appointment was moved from chair to chair and different people. The shellac bail varnish hadn't dried and I had to pick it off as all bubbling round the edges of nsiks. My own nails have never been so weak. Will not be going back
