Wayne collected my two Dyson vacuum cleaners on Friday. They were returned on Tuesday in perfect working order, having been serviced with necessary parts replaced. Not only was the cost of the repairs less than quoted, but the speedy and professional service was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Market Spares.

Took Dyson to Market Spares for repairs.The team were helpful and informed: the product has a common fault - a design flaw that Dyson corrected in later models and the guys knew all about the issue. I was offered a couple of options - both at reasonable cost.Key part of the product replaced within 24 hours and messaged by the team by phone. When I collected the product I was told that they had also replaced the filter at no additional cost. Market Spares had also fully cleaned and serviced the unit!This 'good, old fashioned service' - in a world that just dumps broken electricals rather than try and repair the item, these guys are stand-out. You can stop traffic on a motorway to 'save the planet' or you can do the real thing - like these guys - and help prevent the wasting of resources, and encourage people to avoid the temptation to get the 'latest shiny latest product'.Superb value for money, friendly and prompt service and I only wish that I had more broken stuff to take to them for repair.

Excellent service from Wayne and his colleague. Needed my daughter's vacuum cleaner repaired and Wayne took the cleaner in to assess, phoned me as promised to agree the work to be done, and then carried it out very quickly. Very reasonable price for both the repair and service.

My vax cleaner kept stopping and making a funny noise. After some TLC from Market Spares it is going like a rocket and more powerful than it has been in years. They came and picked it up, called me when they had checked it over and gave me a quote for what was needed as to whether I wished to go ahead.. It was stripped, serviced, various filters replaced and tested. The called me when it was ready and arranged delivery. Brilliant. Great service. So helpful.

Such helpful staff.Wanted to replace the thermocouple on my gas ring but couldn’t remove it. Took part to the market. They removed it for me and ordered new parts, arranging to have them sent to my house. They charged no more than it would have cost me online. This sort of service is a rarity these days.

This Company is second to none I will definitely recommend them as they are very reasonable with their charges and give an amazing customer service. My Dyson Vacuum Cleaner was fixed in two days. They are lovely guys.

My dyson hoover had given up on life so thought I would give these a ring before I resigned myself to buying a new hoover, so glad I did!! Wayne completely reconditioned my hoover with all new parts and it came back looking and performing like new and all for £75!! Highly recommended.
