Before I had a session with Roland, I wasn’t a huge believer in the therapeutic value of massage. However, I was pretty desperate to regain the range of movement in my neck, which had become a significant problem over a few weeks and was affecting my ability to perform surgery. Through some deep tissue massage, Roland resolved what I feared might become a chronic issue. I’ve now seen him for a couple of different niggles; as well as the massage itself being hugely therapeutic, he’s also been easy to communicate with and has offered practical advice to support me in my own home/work environment. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Roland to others.

Iv had a few treatments over the last few years and I had my last massage/Bowen 2 weeks ago to help with my back which i tweaked the day before the treatment and Roland worked his magic again! Next day so much better…. 2/3 days later 100%.Roland really goes the extra mile with his treatment even helping my little boy with his asthma/cough which definitely helped.His treatments are the best Iv ever had 100% recommend Roland to put your body right!!

Roland is absolutely amazing!! I had done Bowen elsewhere before and already knew how good this therapy was but Roland is at another level.Last time I was struggling with neck pain for weeks. Couldnt sleep because could not get comfortable with my neck. By the end of the session my neck was already much better and now is completely free and no pain. Really recommend him!

I have received both Bowen and sports massage from Roland and have found a great release from my constant pain and tension.
