Had a fantastic experience today buying a suit for an upcoming wedding. Staff spent a lot of time making sure the colour/fit was perfect. Can't wait to see how it is fitted. A great experience and 100% would come again. Brilliant

I have used this establishment many times for myself, but this occasion it was for my 95 year old mother, she needed a suit for a wedding.Russell took the job on, and what a job he did, the words brilliant is not enough. I've never seen a suit fit her body shape so well, I can't thank them enough for the fantastic quality and fit of the suit. Thank you very much.

Excellent experience - went in after struggling to find a suit for wedding. Was greeted as soon as I knocked on the door, one of the team saw to me right away and suggested certain suits based on my preferences. He picked the perfect size right away (which is a battle for me normally/Welsh/rugby/construction build). Once the colour and suit was decided, he suggested slight tweaks for the waistcoat, tie, and all the small touches… it was the best experience I have had in terms of purchasing clothing. They know exactly what they’re doing, have great taste, and the experience as a customer will be hard beaten elsewhere. Highly recommend if you’re looking to invest in a suit… I’ll definitely be going back for future suits.

I recently got married and got 3 piece suits, shirts, ties etc. from Hawkes. Russell and team managed to get us great suits even though you could tell they were under lots of pressure, be it supply chain, busyness or other things. We had a few hiccups due to things being out of stock or delayed with suppliers (though I had left it pretty late to sort too!) but they managed to get everything sorted just in time and we ended up with great suits for the wedding. Everyone commented on them and we could not be happier with the end result!

We couldn't have had a better experience while shopping! Me and my partner have a family wedding at the end of the month and we were starting to panic as it was getting close! From the time we walked into the shop until we left the service was absolutely outstanding and we couldn't of asked for anything better! The first suit that was suggested fit to perfection and in house tailoring for the trousers was offered too! Such a friendly, relaxed and professional environment and the stress was definitely taken away from us! Can't thank you enough for all your help! We won't be going anywhere else from now on that's for sure! Can't recommend enough!

A fantastic standard of service here.Russell and the team have a great eye for required sizes, etc. and will arrange alterations where needed.Russell is especially good when it comes to working with wheelchair users and our specific requirements.
