I am so pleased I chose Intelligent Air - brilliant service from start to finish - can't rate highly enough!! I had two units installed and I am delighted. Thank you so much to Anthony, he went over and above to ensure I had my A/C in time for the heatwave.

Anthony was so easy to talk to. I was a little worried as we live in a mobile home and didnt know if it was possible to have aircon.Anthony immediately put me at ease.We went ahead and had a unit fitted, the service was excellent. No mess , very efficient and polite, no hanging around, just got on with the job. We would recommend him to everybody. Lovely lad.

Excellent service from Antony (Chief Engineer) from the initial site visit, specification and options, through to the fitting of two domestic units. His workmanship is extremely high quality, neat and tidy. We will continue to use Antony for the annual services too. Highly recommend.

Anthony is a really professional and helpful guy. From the advice given throughout and the installation itself. Great price and awesome kit. System itself is very quiet which includes the outdoor compressor. Really impressed. Can’t recommend Intelligent Air enough. And if you have been thinking about domestic air con just do it you will not regret it!

Very happy with our new air con unit. The whole process has been excellent. Antony came out to review what we needed and explained the options clearly with no pressure which was very reassuring.We booked a slot for installation shortly afterwards.The fitting itself went very smoothly and there was no mess left behind. Antony then explained the main features and how to use the remote control.We really can’t fault the service and our once furnace-like bedroom is now blissfully cool.

It’s been a little while since my AC unit was installed. Just in time before the really cold spell we had in December. It was a godsend! We were able to stay warm and toastie upstairs without having to max out the central heating, what with the expense of that these days. Anthony was brilliant, carefully explained everything to me and even did the installation while not feeling 100% with a bad cold. I obviously haven’t been able to try out the air cooling side of my unit yet, but I’m so pleased with the heating. Definitely a lot more economical. Getting my head around the remote control took a bit, but there are a few useful YouTube videos that explained it quite clearly. I’m looking forward to a cool summer this year. I would definitely recommend this service.

Great experience. Superb units. Competitive pricing. Antony surveyed and arranged delivery direct from manufacturer (Fujitsu) and installed 2 x units as agreed, tested and trained. Unit had a hiccie and Antony was back to sort without question and we’ve been living in wonderful cool home environment ever since. Antony and his team acted very professionally from day 1. I received my survey in a timely manner and he was extremely helpful with his recommendations and advice. On the day of the installation the work was done to really high standards and in such a quick manner. The device itself has been working brilliantly and specially in the last few days that we had a heatwave I'm ever so grateful to this wonderful company for such a high quality device and installation. I 100% recommend them.

Tony gave us excellent advice about the type, design, siting and colour of our air-con unit. The installation was performed accurately and tidily. Tony worked tirelessly - my husband was exhausted just watching him! We are highly satisfied with the service and have used the air-con over this hot Easter weekend.
